Jeffery is a highly motivated individual who seeks professional results and truly cares that everything goes smoothly at your stay. House was properly stocked with the everyday including snacks, coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine. Bed and pillows all good. Slept very well and was very at home during our stay.

The property was very close to VRBO site representation. My family and I were accommodated with the 3 comfortable beds and were able to share a Thanksgiving meal with local family. Easy access for my 85 yo Mom. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed bags and a pit fire!! I would definitely stay there again!!

The pics on sight are exactly what you get! Clean property… easy communication with host. Stocked with all the essentials you need for a VRBO! Would book again. If I could give a couple of suggestions.. backyard needed mowed and a few of the lights busted on outdoor patio. Neither of these affected our stay. Just suggestions…

Bartlesville Bliss

We had a great stay in Bartlesville in this wonderful VRBO. The bedrooms were spaced out nicely so we could stay in the front bedroom with our teen son next door and my sister-in-law and her husband had the back "master" bedroom with more privacy for them! House was clean and access was easy in a quiet neighborhood!

Super cute little house, newly remodeled, and very responsive staff. Our only issue was the bunk bed ladder is a hazzard to the area around the queen bed located in the same room, and the outside railing to the front porch is very loose. Other than that the house offered the perfect stay.

Below is a suggested public response that addresses the concern professionally while maintaining appeal for future guests: --- Thank you for your thoughtful review and for staying with us. The home was designed to comfortably accommodate groups and families, and the bunk bed setup does include a standard safety railing that has been securely in place since installation. Placement of the ladder allows for flexible sleeping arrangements, although we recommend mindful use when sharing the room with the queen bed. Regarding the porch railing, thank you for pointing that out. Our team has already inspected it and ensured everything is properly tightened for added peace of mind. We are delighted to hear that you loved the remodel, found the home charming, and enjoyed a responsive hosting experience. Providing a safe, enjoyable stay for every guest is our priority and we look forward to welcoming you again.

Great place!

Quiet neighborhood. Very clean! Fur babies loved the fenced backyard. Kitchen nicely equipped for cooking meals. A grill too! Host was very responsive.

Our stay involved serious safety issues. The thermostat was locked during a 107–110F heat wave, making the front bedrooms unusable the first night and causing our infant grandchild to become ill. Later in the stay, we discovered a gas leak at the water heater connection and confirmed it with a soap test. When we notified the owner, he was initially dismissive and only became responsive after we mentioned reporting the safety concerns. After the repair, he called the police without ever asking us to leave, and we were forced to pack up and leave at 10 PM with two small children. This was an unsafe and distressing experience, and I cannot recommend this property.

We take all guest concerns seriously, which is why I personally drove to the property immediately upon being contacted. A licensed HVAC technician from Hendrick Heat, Air, Plumbing and Generators was dispatched the same evening and found no active gas leak. The technician's written report documents that all was well after inspection and notably documented abnormal findings consistent with tampering including the gas control valve being turned to its highest setting, something that does not occur under normal operation. Regarding the thermostat, our smart thermostat was set within normal operating range and we addressed this promptly upon being notified. What this review does not mention is that after claiming the situation was too dangerous to stay, the guest's belongings remained at the property the entire time. The guest then returned that same evening and messaged us through the VRBO platform stating they found the issue resolved and would be staying the night. This is documented in our VRBO message thread. A family genuinely fearing a gas leak does not return and spend the night. It is also worth noting this safety concern was raised exclusively on the final night of a four night stay, the point at which a refund request would have the greatest financial impact. Police were called because the guest had committed to vacating by 10 PM and we needed to ensure that commitment was honored, not as a punitive measure against a family. We responded to every concern immediately, professionally, and with licensed documentation. Future guests can see from our other reviews the standard of hospitality we consistently provide. We wish this family well and stand fully behind our response to this situation.

Friends and I from Kansas, we delivered books a materials to Agape mission, stayed 1 night but it was a neat house, beautiful on the inside, great beds, quiet neighborhood. My kids were impressed

We had more family in for the Thanksgiving holiday than we had rooms, so I needed to find a place for two of my daughters and their spouses and a couple of kids. My girls commented on how nice the house was.

STUCO Convention Getaway

Instead of booking hotel rooms this year, we stayed here. Our students were able to bond and play games getting to know each other even better. Helping them build lasting relationships as they learned to be leaders in our school. This house was the perfect space for our group. It was just as pictured and provided a comfortable space to rest before they had to tackle the next days activities.

We had a great 3 day getaway from OKC late Sept/early October. The home was great and well appointed for our needs. Jeff is very attentive and helpful when we had questions on certain things. He is available in town should you need anything during your stay. Woolaroc is not to be missed. Bartlesville has several historic buildings and homes to see. It’s about a 35 minute drive to Pawhuska. We went one day to eat at The Pioneer Woman and shop around. It was just the 2 of us, but the house is a 3 bedroom for friends or families to enjoy. We also used the fire pit (be sure to bring your firewood) and had lovely evenings on the patio.
