NOTE: A roof repair project has started and as a result, the balconies are off-limits. Additionally, scaffolding is supposed to be erected at some point which I'm assuming will interfere with the view of the ocean. Lastly, the "lazy river" pool which is at the base of the building is closed until the construction project is over. Otherwise, all other resort amenities are open. If you request to book, you'll get 25% off the nightly rate shown and the taxes and commissions will be adjusted accordingly. The cleaning fee of $135 would remain the same.

Unlike many rentals in the area, we don’t charge for extra guests or linens/towels and we charge much less for cleaning than most others.
