Unit needs some work. You can tell that this was once a beautiful unit but has been used and abused by the other renters. Overall enjoyed our stay but would choose another unit if we stay at this resort again. More likely a house in the resort to avoid the annoying music and long wait for elevators. Pros:Beautiful southern view of the beachWonderful pool deck with a swim up bar and snack barSpacious unit (3 bed 3 bath)High floor with sweeping views Great location in North Myrtle Beach near good restaurants and attractionsPools were cleaned and maintained dailyOffers a free ticket to a couple of attractions with the rentalCons:Unit needs attention - it has been used to the point of being worn out. Many quirks with the shower, the lighting and the appliances. Master bedroom slider was not operable. Cleanliness was not up to par - prior renters did not heed the rules of not smoking on the balcony and there were ashes everywhere in the slider tracks. Interior was sandy and dusty (I did not complain about the unit cleanliness I just cleaned since I got an early check in). Mattresses need replacing in all rooms. AllWere sagging and uncomfortable. Pool deck had loud music daily that could be heard in our unit. And it was even louder Friday to Sunday with a DJ there for the weekends. Made it impossible to relax on the balcony or at the pool complex. This may be fine for some but we had our grand daughter and some of the music was not appropriate for her age.

1604-morth beach towers

master bedroom is good, kitchen and den in good shape but kitchen floor molding needs to be replaced..appears to have some rot….hallway as you enter needs some drywall work and entire condo needs a fresh coat of paint…bedrooms 2 and 3 are very dark, need light fresh coat of paint and lighting to brighten up…a few days of tlc would bring it up to top notch standards…Needs smart tv in den—old technology in there now….

Everything was amazing we will definitely come back the only thing that I did not like it it was that the condo had to much sand on the furniture but other than that it was just great 👍

Condo in serious need of Repair and cleaning.

The location is nice but the property needs alot of work. Enamel in bathtubs missing and rusted metal showing. Area rugs look they have not been cleaned in years ,spots everywhere. Walls had black marks throughout. Small appliances did not work well. Bed skirts where absolutely filthy on all beds. Would not recommend this property without alot of work being done to it. Not the same property advertised in the pictures.

first time north beach resort

Resort was clean and in a great area .We had a couple of issues they were fixed in 2 days Be aware that the one issue of shower door was not fixed so that one only used for sink and toilet. Lots of hot water' water pressure good and wifi great. .Make sure to bring extra dishwasher pods as they gave you 2 start and there were only 7 glasses and 7 forks so we ran the dishwasher after every meal. A helpful hint when cooking use back burners the vent over stove does not cover front two burners so smoke alarm kept going off

When we got there outside lights didn’t work shower doors in one room bout to fall off. Lost power cause of hurricane. Only got to use pool one day cause hurricane messed pool up. Elevator was broke cause of storm.

Habe versucht, Speck anzubraten, sofort alle Rauchmelder angegangen! Abluft am Herd völlig ohne Funktion! Service war vor Ort , angeblich alles ok, aber die ganze Woche das gleiche Problem! Wir haben dann die Melder abgebaut und Batterien entfernt!! Ich wurde gefragt , ob ich die Abluft versuch hätte, einzuschalten…..!
