Enjoy the sandy white beaches and sparkling turquoise waters of The Gulf of Mexico from the large balconies at this property. This 5-star condominium was built with the discerning guest in mind. Relax at the beach or spend the day at the pool. Sit on your balcony and watch the dolphins swim past with your first cup of coffee in the morning. Enjoy the famous emerald coast sunsets over a glass of wine. You cannot go wrong with this home away from home! Your ticket to paradise!



The Space:

This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom gulf front unit includes: A 5-star fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, Viking stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar, and direct views of the gulf waters. A gulf front master suite with a king size bed, a beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and large sliders with balcony access. A second master suite is located down the hall with a king size bed and private bathroom with a tub and shower. A third master suite has a king size bed with a full-size shared bathroom. A fourth bedroom is a bunk room with twin beds designed with kids in mind (Fully equipped with fun games, TV, and surround sound for those fun kid nights). A beautiful open concept living area with generous seating, a huge flat screen TV, surround sound, and million-dollar views! Floor-to-ceiling sliders in the living room and main master suite provide the backdrop to a dream beach vacation!

Bella Riva was awesome

Overall we had a really great trip. We were thankful that the staff at Kimberly Lang helped us get a guest parking pass at a nearby spot as our family had 3 cars and only 2 were allowed at Bella Riva. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. However we could have used more kitchen pans and such to fully use those wonderful Viking appliances. We brought our own electric skillet and crock pot. I was disappointed that we had to deal with construction work and the noise associated with it- but that is not the fault of the rental co. The add also states that the unit has hair dryers - and there is not one on site. I was thankful my daughter brought hers or I would have had to purchase one.

Nice location, a few quirks

Great location. Great kitchen for cooking for family. Great balcony. Place had a few quirky things, but no big deals. For example, ceiling fans with only one speed. For the price, we had high expectations. Still, we very much enjoyed our stay and would do it again!

Definitely the best on the beach!

The layout of this condo is amazing! Most condos are narrow and have the basic furnishings, but this one is professionally decorated and the size of each room, including the bathrooms, was incredible. I would buy this unit if I could, it was that perfect. Top of the line appliances, comfortable bedding, abundance of towels/linens/kitchen items was incredible. We have stayed in so many condos in the panhandle as well as the Tampa area and this by far is our favorite. i would recommend using the beach setup (we had one complimentary set through the condo) as it was so convenient to just take our beach tote to the beach instead of hauling chairs and umbrellas.

We had 4 generations aging from 7 to 81. The location is amazing. The seafood every where we are was great. This unit was perfect and everything is as described. Very clean and loved the kitchen appliances because we love to cook! We were in very close distance to all the things and did them all, pontoon boat, deep sea fishing, golf, shopping. We have to have breakfast at Asiagos! Boshamps and the Gulf were also great. We will stay here when we come back for sure. We had friends stay down the road and they raved over our unit. Thanks!

Beautiful Condo

This property is great. We stayed with another family and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. The furnishings were very nice and everything was up to date. Would definitely stay here again.

Tv difficult. Remotes had dead our weak batteries. Kitchen no baking pan. No coffee bean grinder No juicer or food processor. Garbage disposal needs replacement. Master Bed lumpy. Ice maker inefficient. The worst is electronic thermostat. It took us days to get control. You should have instructions for it

Amazing Property!!!

I can’t express how amazing this property was!!! Not only does it have a huge balcony, with beautiful ocean views, it had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The location was great! Off of the heavily traveled roads where it seemed quiet but still so close to everything. We had our teenagers with and a preteen and they all loved the place! The bunk room offered enough space for all of them and they couldn’t wait to go from the ocean to the pool. We felt really safe at the property. We will definitely book here again!!

EXCELLENT LOCATION

Bella Riva was the perfect choice for our family of 10. After doing my research of where to stay between Destin/Navarre Beaches, and reading all the reviews, this place was perfect! Besides the beautiful scenery and cleanliness, everything we needed was provided. The management was great with easy and smooth check-in/out. It's perfect for families.

We loved our condo and loved the view. Not having Wi-Fi was extremely frustrating and I did not have time to deal with the internet company as suggested. Also, wish the pool lights were working for night swimming with our children. Other than those two issues, it was a wonderful vacation!!

Great space!

Overall, this was great! The only little ding would be that the unit is next to the pool that belongs to the next building over and there was some noise from that. The beach is close, the unit was crazy nice. We had no issues with door codes or gate codes - check in/out was smooth.

Condo was as described-directly on the beach. Beds were comfortable & even tho didn’t cook much wanted to bring that Viking stove home! Lol. Would definitely stay here again

Bella Riva 201

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bella Riva condos. Beautiful building and location - felt very high-end. The condo itself was very nicely done and worked well for us overall. Only suggestion would be for the bunk room: too many beds in there. There were no children in our group, but those seem cramped and not so safe, but that's just our opinion. We did have a fifth family member stay for a few days, but he just used an inflatable bed in there. Loved the balcony. Only recommendation there would be that some lounge furniture would be nice and maybe a grill. We would definitely stay there again though. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay for our long overdue vacation!

Beautiful Property

We were given the wrong codes to access gate, doors and lockbox twice. There was not a Keurig coffeemaker as stated in amenities. The ice machine for filling coolers did not work. There was an ongoing wifi issue that required frequent reset. We were unable to get a signal on bunk room tv the entire stay despite changing to multiple inputs.
