Imagine waking up to your very own sunrise view of beautiful Green Lake. You could have coffee on your front porch with your dog at your side or at the table in front of the sliding glass door and watch this beautiful display of nature. Maybe you prefer the short walk to the beach, sunning in the park, watching your children play on Green Lake’s sandy beach, or just craving some peace and quiet, this is the home for you. We know you will make great memories here in our home.

About our home
Our cottage offers 1300+ sq ft and features an open concept living area, three bedrooms and two full baths. We are dog friendly.
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, Roku and DVDs. Relax and read one of our books or play a board game. Central air is throughout the cottage.
Monthly rental rates are available.

The Perfect Location:
Our cabin offers convenient access to Green Lake & is just blocks from the popular “Terrace” on Big Green Lake. We are 1/2 mile from Dodge Memorial Park where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, sunbathing, kayaking and more. Do you love hiking or biking? Be sure to check out www.greenlakeconservancy.org for many area trails. We are 50 minutes of Wisconsin Dells, as well as close to many unique shops, golf courses and various ski hills.

Looking for a bite to eat? We are a block from Reilly’s Pub where you can enjoy a great burger, homemade pizza or Friday Fish Fry.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
What we love about our Grace Street Property . . .
We love the location - 2.25 hours from the Illinois border and less from Milwaukee or Madison! We love that we are two blocks from Gorgeous Green Lake. We appreciate the privacy we have here as we are on a very quiet street with very few neighbors. Our property is great because we have more yard space than a typical lakefront property, yet still enjoy all the perks of lake living. We can be by the water or play yard games by day. Then sit by the fire or play board games at night. We can bring our dog and love that our cleaning company makes it look like we never did. We have been able to unwind from the chaos of the week and have enjoyed great family times here as well. These are our precious memories and we can’t wait for you to make some of your own!
We want to be totally transparent with our guests. We do have a security camera overlooking the driveway and one on the front porch overlooking the front yard. There are NO cameras inside the home!

By far the best overall experience on a rental propery. The prepardenss and response of the hosts is second to none. Attention to the small details made a large difference in the experience. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Close to the lake but just far enough away to be able to get away from the noise and bustle of waterfront to a quiet, serene setting.

Wonderful place to bring the family! Very cozy and they have thought of everything you need. We enjoyed our stay immensely! REILLYS down the road was a great place to eat and picked up pizza in Green Lake that was delicious. Overall a great experience for our first VRBO.

Relaxing and spacious

I love this house! It was our 2nd stay there and it was perfect. I was traveling with my husband, 2 kids (13 & 11), my mother (over 70) and our dog. The house is big enough that i didnt feel we were on top of each other. The kitchen is large and easy to navigate. The owners are fantastic and have attended to every detail! We had everything we needed and more. They go above and beyond! Im planning to rent again next summer.

Fourth of July Crew

Had an amazing Fourth of July surrounded by friends and family! This cabin had everything we needed and more — from kid-friendly kitchen essentials to toys that kept the little ones entertained. We loved the quality time together and appreciated how close we were to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Overall, such a fun and relaxing getaway — the perfect spot for our crew!

Cozy northern getaway

Very comfortable and clean. All the comforts of home and close to beaches and a restaurant. Lots of fun things to do in the area. Lots of games books and toys at the home to entertain the kiddos on rainy days.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Everything was perfect during our stay Much thought has gone into making sure guests were comfortable. The s'more's supplies were a nice touch. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The description of the house was spot on. The photo online of the house does not do it justice. In person the house is very appealing.

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd annual stay at this property and it did not disappoint! The house has all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Upon arrival, the house was clean and welcoming. The hosts responded quickly to any questions, and were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back in 2025!

Green Lake getaway

We love this house! The owners have thought of everything! The kitchen is fantastic and the living area is spacious yet cozy. Comfy beds and the showerhead in the master bath is amazing! We don't want to leave :)

Great stay

We had a girl's long weekend at the cabin. It was much larger than I was expecting, well maintained. Figuring out the dishwasher was the worst issue we had, and that's on us. We really loved the s'mores basket, such a nice touch, very thoughtful! Great area, we were able to walk to fishing and had multiple spots to launch kayaks very close to the property.

Green Lake cabin

We liked the fact that it was near our daughter’s home in green lake. It had restaurants close by and the location was ideal. We were a little disappointed with the state of the bathrooms and the general cleanliness, the appliances were very old, the dishwasher was not installed properly and difficult to turn on, the shower head fell off while we were taking a shower and it almost landed on us, the master bath was at least 40 years old and badly in need of a new tub enclosure. Maintenance was very poor in general. We realize that it was an older property but that does not excuse lack of maintenance since it could be a liability issue for the owners.

Great family retreat

It was very comfortable. and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. There is a small portion of the lake that is visible from the cabin and it is within very short walking distance. Very easy access to the town of Green Lake and the marina. It was a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the stay very much.

Great Adventures

My friends I had a long weekend stay. Even thou it rained off and I, we made the best of it. Playing games and cards while it rain but we managed to get in a few walks around the neighborhood, shopping in Ripon and in Green Lake and checked out some historical sites near by. We did get a campfire on our final night which was something we were looking forward to. The home had everything you needed from board games, movies and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware to various coffee and tea. We had dinner one evening at the Roadhouse which had good food for the price. Worth checking out! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Comfortable and cozy!

We enjoyed the nice front porch hanging out and the nice view of the lake area. Nice sized kitchen and living room for dining and conversation. Bedorrms were comfortable for 6.

Scott and Lisa are both in the people business and customer service industry. Scott has worked as a plumber for 40 years, even owning his own company. Lisa is a former Spa Director for a large hotel resort and currently works as a Financial Assistant to the Director of Business at their local school district. They hope to make VRBO their retirement jobs when the time comes. They hope you will find rest, relaxation, and joy and make wonderful memories on their property soon.

We love that it is 2.25 hours from the IL border and closer to Milwaukee and Madison so our whole family can easily get to it. Lisa’s family had a summer home on Green Lake which she enjoyed throughout her childhood years. This home just about offers everything lakefront property can offer. We can relax on our porch and enjoy our lake views. We are steps from the water and able to enjoy all it offers. Whether we want to launch the boat or jet ski, put in the kayak or long board, spend the day enjoying sand castles and swimming , or having a picnic by the water - it’s all at our fingertips. Having the variety if hiking and biking trails around the lake is phenomenal!
If you like antiques then the Princeton Flea Market is for you. From March through October, the town is taken over by one of the largest in the Midwest! Princeton also has a quaint Christmas celebration every weekend in December, just 10 minutes away.
Be sure to check out Ripon. It is filled with unique shops and has an old country theme with a modern twist to it. Ripon has a large and clean dog park; we love it and so will you!
There is so much to see, but if you don’t want to go anywhere, it is still the perfect place to do nothing. This is why we love our cottage. We hope you will love it too!

Big Green Lake is the deepest natural inland lake in Wisconsin at 237 feet. It is 7.5 miles long and 3 miles wide with 27.3 miles of shore. It is a 7920 acre lake filled with Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Trout, walleye, and Catfish.
In the winter you can watch the Iceboat races near the Green Lake Yacht Club. You can also join a game of ice hockey, go ice skating or ice fishing, cross country-skiing, or snowshoeing. You can also find one of the many snowmobile trails - one of which is almost right out out front door! There are 4 clubs with approximately 150 miles of groomed and maintained scenic trails. Check out http://greenlakecountysnowmobiletrails.com for maps and a preview of locations.
Five boat launches in Dodge Memorial Park, less than 1/2 mile away, with a daily launch fee and free parking!!! Bathroom facilities on site too.
Terrace Shores Evangelical Free Church is less than a mile away. It is located right on Big Green Lake near Dodge Memorial Park and offers outdoor church services - weather permitting.
Green Lake Conference Center DISC Golf Course
The Golf Courses of Lawsonia are nearby. Voted “One of the Top 100 Classic Golf Courses in the US” and ranked #66 by golf digest.
One hour from Wisconsin Dells, outlet malls, and their casino.
One hour or less from area ski hills.
