The perfect game day location! The upstairs offers two newly furnished bedrooms and another gorgeous brand-new bathroom. This unit is pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit.

•Furnished front deck with furniture, and grill!
•Sleeps up to 10 guests
•1 smart TV
•In-unit washer and dryer
•Located off E Glenn Ave, very close to campus

Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!


BEDROOM SET UP:

Downstairs:

King bed in the master suite with attached bathroom accessible via the bedroom or the living room

Full day bed in the living room with a pull-out trundle

Upstairs:

bedroom 2: bedroom with a queen bed

bedroom 3: bedroom with a queen bed

these two bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom

New Pack - n - play for a baby or small child


This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay. All the TVs are equipped with Roku.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

Great space for a family visit. The unit was close to campus and local restaurants. We enjoyed grilling out and dining al fresco. The beds were comfy.

Amanda was a great host! We had a couple problems and she responded very swiftly to help with those issues. There are many towels and washcloths so we never had to go without. This VRBO was hotel level clean, and everything was very fresh. We loved sitting on the patio also.Finding the place was a little confusing after the initial turn but other than that it is a great location and I would definitely come back. It was a great place to stay for my graduation.
