Revamped, restyled, and fully renovated! This beloved Magnolia Linen Company condo now features fresh flooring, a brand-new kitchen, and stylish, comfortable furnishings. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated to create a bright, welcoming vibe. Located in a friendly complex with a refreshing pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The Space:
This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via stairs.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage 2 units in this building. Message us to ask for more details!

Enjoy a private balcony furnished with an outdoor lounge set. The unit includes a full kitchen as well as most cooking basics you might need during your stay.

There are two full bathrooms, both with a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer are located in the unit for easy access.

There is a pool located at this complex available for your use.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

Graduation weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.The location was perfect as our student lives at The Avenue complex across the street. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds are very comfortable. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We only wish we would have found this place three years ago instead of for our last weekend at Auburn!
