Large swimming pool 12 x 6 depth 2.3 equipped with an alarm, beautiful terraces with sea view; large living-dining room with fireplace. Very pretty sea view.
4 large bedrooms on two levels with interior passage, 3 of which have a shower room and one with a bathroom. Bed size: 1 x 160 / 3 x 140 (linen rental on request). This villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Located 3 km from the village center and 2 km from the seaside, you will appreciate the calm of the site and the environment.
Wifi, television and all contemporary equipment. Ping pong table, electric plancha.
Well-behaved animals accepted on request will appreciate the large adjoining forest for dog walks (within the legal framework of dogs kept on a leash)
Enclosed land of 3000 m². Charm of Provence and Cigales, coves and beaches of Issambres.
We indicate a somewhat "4 x 4" access, you can park in the garden, or you can also park in a small car park 50 ml below.
