Perfect spot for great beach family vacation! Located on the beach side of Estero Blvd, Flip Flop Paradise is a part of duplex with 3 bedrooms/2bath and a loft with patio, just steps from the beach!
Soak up the sun with your feet in sugar white sand or lounge by out new inground pool.
The beach is just short few min walk away and is never crowded. We have access path right behind our house.
We have fully equipped kitchen with large Island for breakfast as well as large dining table on the patio for perfect family meal! Laundry room is on the first floor and outdoor shower for those sandy feet!
Many great restaurants are open on the island (ask for our favorites:), as well as supermarket, Publix, is just few min drive from the house. There are many things to do on the island, especially boating and water sports. You can have a short drive to many others around- Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Keys and Naples!
Supermarket Publix is open and only 2 min away from the house, the CVS pharmacy is just a min away in other direction.
Trolly is going up and down the beach and to Lovers Key State Park.

Beach Bungalow Blast!

was a great place and accomodations were fantastic! my kids and i thoroughly loved our vacation and would recommend to anyone interested. Homeowner, Irina, was very attentive and checked in often to see how things were going and if we needed anything. another great amenity was the private walkway to the beach.

2022 Spring Break

Great short walk down path to beach, but far enough away from the busy downtown shopping area, easy car ride to shopping and restaurants in Time Square, house was perfectly outfitted for everything you’d need including beach towels and beach chairs and sand toys for the kids, kitchen had every appliance and cookware you’d need with a Publix right down the road.. would stay here again.

We live in Buffalo and the first time we came to the island, we instantly fall in love with it. We just had to own a small piece of paradise:)
We can't wait to come back and every time we have to live, it makes us very sad.
It is truly out happy place. The weather, the beach, all of the nature and of course local people are amazing.
we can't wait to retire on the island, but before that, we are happy to share our happy place with everyone who already fall in love with Fort Myers Beach and want to come back ( a lot of places that people loved to come back to every year got destroyed by hurricane), and of course to those who wants to explore the island for the first time.
