Your vacation rental is organized on three levels. - On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge. - On the first floor: a living room area, a bathroom, a toilet, a first bedroom (1 160x200 bed) including a private bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - On the second floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms (2 80x200 beds that can be combined into a 160x200 bed, 1 140x190 bed). - Outside : a private terrace of 20 m². Small shed available for your bikes or other equipment. - Parking of your vehicles in an enclosed courtyard of 160 m² - Semi-detached house. - Accommodation reserved for leisure customers As soon as you arrive, the charm will work... It's a vacation spot that we like, with its style, its elegant decoration, its exposed stones, its quality services. As for its location, this address is ideally located between land and sea. Set off to discover the region's Small Towns of Character. Starting with Moncontour (23 km), Dinan (30 km) and very close: Jugon-Les-Lacs (7.5 km). Don't forget to go to its Nature Sport base where mountain biking, sailing, archery, canoeing etc... are offered. A visit to Lamballe (13 km) with its national stud farm and its half-timbered houses will also be a must. If you want to smell the salty air, you can explore the Penthièvre coast 26 km away. The pretty fine sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Pléneuf Val André (26 km) or Erquy (28 km) are waiting for you.... A little further, don't miss a visit to the well-known resorts of Dinard (49 km) or St Malo (57 km). Very beautiful stone house which has just undergone a lovely renovation. Thanks to it, enjoy the relaxing setting of the countryside while quickly reaching the Côte de Penthièvre (26 km). For a week or for a few nights, this gîte is offered on an all-inclusive basis, including end-of-stay cleaning.
