We’re also surprised to hear about the item you mentioned being found under the bed, as our cleaning checklist includes a full inspection of all areas, including under furniture. That said, we understand how this would be unsettling and have already taken extra steps with our housekeeping team to ensure even higher standards going forward. We appreciate your comments on the location and proximity to restaurants and bars—it’s one of the things guests love most about this unit. Regarding the restricted access of the key fob to specific floors, namely the 15th floor and your apartment floor, this measure is implemented to enhance security within the building. While we understand it may pose challenges in connecting with friends on other floors, it is paramount for the safety and privacy of our residents. As for the policy regarding the return of key fobs and the associated fee, we aim to transparently communicate this to our guests to avoid any surprises at checkout. Each key fob represents a significant cost to replace, hence the notification regarding the potential charge.
