The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the centre of La Flotte and the Arnérault beach.

The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the garden and swimming pool.

The pool has a counter-current swimming feature and 2 massage jet areas.

The landscaped garden has a wooden terrace, tiled area and lawn, with garden furniture for 10 people.



Possibility of parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house and car parks nearby.

Possibility of easily parking bicycles in the patio provided for this purpose.

The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.



The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The security deposit of an amount of £1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
