This recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath condominium sits directly on the free town of Vail shuttle route just minutes from Vail Mountain. Located in one of Vail's most desirable neighborhoods for sun exposure, hiking and easy access to Lionshead, Brooktree offers a convenient and memorable Vail experience. The condo is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities, flat screen TVs in each room and high speed WiFi. A common area washer and dryer room is located just a flight of stairs down.

Nice, clean, comfortable condo just 100 yards to vail bus stop. Easy acces to Vail Village and slopes. First time at this location and had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a good value on a Vail experience.

Great Location

This was a great place for our stay. The place was centrally located with easy access to Lionshead, grocery stores, and on the same street to go to Lake Piney. Would recommend to anyone.

The place was lovely though the HOA rule of 1 car per unit was absolutely unreasonable for a unit that slept 6 adults coming in from various locations. There was plenty of empty spots all 4 nights. We watched a street full of cars park for the day and night the street above with no permits. Skiers walk from cars to the bus stop and ride to the ski hill for free. Shame on you. Future renters be warned! Owners, think twice what your hoa can do for you.

This was a great place to stay!

This place was perfect for us - away from the highway noise but easily accessible to town, comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. And the added welcome surprise - a nice half bath right inside the front door! We couldn't have been more pleased with this choice.

Great time away!

The property was perfect for my husband & our 2 daughters. Check in/out process was easy. Location couldn’t be beat. Able to easily get anywhere in the Vail area & lovely view off the deck. Would definitely recommend to anyone & would stay here again if in the area.
