The villa offers approximately 2,150 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the third features a queen-size bed. Each bedroom includes its own walk-in closet, providing ample storage space. The master bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

The bright and modern living area creates a welcoming atmosphere and is perfect for relaxing evenings. A large 65-inch TV provides entertainment, while a selection of board games, children's toys, and a high chair are available for families. A stylish house bar with glass and mirror elements adds a special touch and is perfect for enjoying drinks together.

The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers everything you need for cooking and entertaining. In addition to a standard coffee machine, a Keurig machine is also available.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Florida climate. A spacious pool area features a comfortable seating area with six armchairs, four sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a covered Tiki hut that provides shade while you enjoy the canal view.
