With a heated saltwater pool, bubbling hot tub, direct sailboat access to the Gulf, and a private dock, this is the kind of place that makes you want to stay forever.

Our Story (aka Why We’re Obsessed With This Place):
Twenty years ago, we made the best decision of our lives—moving to Cape Coral. Between the sunshine, salty breezes, and boat-to-the-beach lifestyle, we were hooked. Now we’re opening up our happy place to other adventure-seeking, hammock-loving families who want a taste of Florida magic. Mornings here are for soaking in the hot tub with coffee in hand. Afternoons? Boating to Sanibel or making waves with the kids in the pool. Nights? Lanai lounging, drinks in hand, stars overhead.

What’s Inside – and Outside – the Dream:
- 2 Luxe King Suites with private bathrooms for maximum pampering
- 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Double Queen Bedroom – because nobody wants bunk beds on vacation
- 3 Full Bathrooms, including one with direct pool deck access (hello, convenient!)

A Few Friendly Guidelines:
- Guests must be 24+
- No pets, sorry fur babies!
- No smoking anywhere in the home or lanai
- Garage and locked areas are reserved for owner use
- Keep it clean—extra cleaning fees apply for party-level messes (yes, we take pics)
- Ask about FREE early check-in or late checkout—we love to spoil our guests!

We like it clean!! Additional cleaning costs if left messy, per cleaning crew- they will provide us with pictures. Put things back where found please.
When checking out- NO dishes left in sink. Either hand wash or put in dish-washer and start for cleaning crew. *Additional fee of $50 if not done.
No Glass in pool/hot tub or pool area. Koozie's available on site or use plastic cups, aluminum cans, etc.

I have rented in Cape Coral several times in the past. Everything about this rental experience was excellent. Dean communicated well and when I had questions his responses were swift and helpful.We are already talking about staying in this home when we return to Cape Coral. It was a first-class trip.The home is a perfect blend of space for family and friends to hang out and privacy when needed. Pool and spa heat were perfect. Family vacation in cape coral

Wow! This property was beyond amazing!! Gorgeous outdoor area & pool & hot tub, beautiful & sparkling clean home with everything we needed, safe location close to everything & plenty of room for our party of 7 adults - we are THRILLED with our stay. Our host Dean had great & quick communication & really made us feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this property & hope to return in the future.

Family time at Cape Coral

We had a wonderful time! The location was great and made it easy to get around and enjoy Cape Coral. The pool and spa offered us a wonderful way to unwind as a family. The owner was very quick to answer our questions and was very helpful.

Absolutely great!

Cannot say enough about how perfect this home is. We were a large group that included adults, kids, and 2 1-year olds. This home worked great for our needs. It was a quick ride into the gulf on our boat. Quick response from Dean when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again or refer someone to stay here.

Fantastic place to stay!!

The house was exactly as pictured! The back porch/lania area was AMAZING! We did spend a majority of our time relaxing out there! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, I just can't say enough positive things about the house! The owner was very responsive when he was needed, all around a wonderful place to stay!

Family vacation

We stayed at this wonderful home for 10 days with our 3 adult children, their spouses/significant others, and 2 grandchildren. We had a fabulous time. The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. We spent so much time by the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area which was incredible. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful outdoor space

We loved our stay at this vacation house. Our large group of 12 had plenty of comfortable lounge areas outside. The location was great, pool/hot tub equipment was easy to use and adjust, and Dean was a very responsive and accommodating host. The kids loved fishing off the dock!

Spring Training Baseball Trip

Great location to get to baseball games or beaches. Lots of food and entertainment in area. Group of 6 retired, life-long buddies enjoyed the patio for grilling dinner and socializing in screened lanai area. Thank you!

Perfect for 3 couples

We travel often as 3 couples and this house provided an excellent experience. All bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy, have their own tv and bathroom, perfect! The very large heated pool and large heated hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. This house has a huge lanai compete with comfortable furniture and tv. Everything inside the house is updated and extremely clean. The house is exactly as the pictures show and is well stocked.

Great house, pool, hot tub and host

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was beautifully updated and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It had everything we needed including a great lanai, pool and spa. The pictures don't do this home justice. Amazing pool/spa area completely within a beautiful lanai so no bugs:) Immaculate home with everything you need. Bedrooms are private ..two larger ones have beautiful ensuites. Other two bedrooms share a bathroom..works perfectly. Owner is very responsive for any questions.

Great house for a small group

Check in was easy they let us arrive early which was very nice. Everything was updated and clean and plenty of room for the five of us. We only had one issue with the door alarms when it came off the door at 4am and started going off. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and finally figured out the heater in the spa cause the breaker had tripped. All around awesome stay and would stay again..

Beautiful and well appointed home

This is by far the nicest vacation home we have ever rented. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and appears to be recently renovated inside and out. It was a perfect fit for our families. The outside living space is well thought out. We found it so relaxing. The dock is great and accommodated our waverunners. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed as was the entire house. Such a wonderful vacation!

Family of 7 Vacation

The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The star of this house for my family of 7 (5 kids and 2 parents) was the outside area where we enjoyed the pool, dining table, bar, and lounge area all evenings of our trip. I had a couple of questions for the host who responded instantly. A bonus on this listing are the beach and pool supplies collected in deck boxes (as of our trip, the beach supplies include a collapsible wagon, 7 chairs, 2 umbrellas, an umbrella stake, and a cooler).

Complete Luxury

This property has it all. There was nothing missing here. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet relaxing time with family. My family of 8 adults enjoyed this spacious house for a week. We were able to space out yet come together when we wanted to. The pool area was complete luxury and where we spent a majority of our time. The beds slept very good too! No one in the group had any complaints. Completely updated home and gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet too. Mr. Rossey was prompt with all questions and very nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend this place! We didn't want to leave.
