Beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath, sleeps 10, heated saltwater pool, hot tub, direct Sailboat Gulf Coast access, new private dock, and boat lift.

Our Florida journey began about 20 years ago when we moved to Cape Coral Florida and fell in love with it. It brings us so much joy to now share this new adventure with other families that can have a nice, spacious area to gather. We love to bring our family here and enjoy the enclosed outdoor sitting area, swim in the heated saltwater pool, sit in the hot tub with morning coffee, take a boat ride through the canals, and explore the waters and other islands close by including the Gulf Coast. Please come and enjoy this space with your loved ones and make some wonderful memories!

This house has 2 king bedrooms with their own full private bathroom. There is also a single queen room and double queen room with an additional full bathroom, with access to the pool deck. There is plenty of comfy living room space but our favorite place to spend family time is outside sitting on the lanai, either at the 8-person table or on the large sitting space with tv. The outdoor area also has a counter space with an additional drink fridge and an ice machine. Every room has a tv and WIFI access included with each stay.

For 1-week rental or less the house is provided with 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, spices, plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishware, full size oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher. Plenty of towels and washcloths in bathrooms. Also, pool/beach towels provided.

Boating from the Cape House Dock
Enjoy the ultimate boating experience during your stay at Cape House with our boat rental service. Upon request, a boat can be delivered directly to the CH dock, through our boating partners, allowing you and your guests to set out on a memorable boat tour through the scenic Cape Coral waterways or feeling very adventurous, head out to the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach, all within an hour boat ride from our dock.

• This home has a minimum age requirement of 24.
• Smoking is not allowed on the property.
• When applicable, FREE late checkout/early check in available!
• The garage is not available for guest use.
• All locked areas are off limits to guests.
• No Pets!
**Additional cleaning fees will be charged if place is left messy, this will be per the cleaning crew, as they do take pictures to identify this.** We want to ensure that our property is clean, new looking, updated for all guests.
