The house is great! Absolutely the best location to see St. Augustine with a stop just down the street for the "hop on hop off trolley". The house is super clean, well stocked with essentials and we loved it! Will definitely rent again next time we are in St. Augustine. And try the coffee place on the corner - it is yummy. Our hosts were so responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this adorable house!

This house was very nice and modern. It was neat, organized and well equipped. The back porch was a great place to sit and enjoy a breakfast sandwich and coffee from the cafe across the street. The hosts were pleasant, responsive and we had a great stay.

Stay was perfect! Location was great. A short walk to the busy downtown yet far enough away to have peace and quiet when we wanted it. The house is beautiful and cute! And a coffee shop was right across the street. Hosts had great communication. Had everything we needed with reasonable check out requirements. Loved it.

From booking to end of stay, communication with the owner was exceptional. Quickly responded, gave me additional information about the area, and checked in with me during our stay. The home is beautiful and bright. The beds very comfortable. The neighborhood very quiet but easy walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Office was able to get us in early. House and neighborhood was great, historic, close to a trolley stop and about a mile walk to St George street. Churches and eating spots within half mile and less.

The home is beautiful and in an excellent location - very walkable to the historic district. Added bonus is the little coffee shop on the corner that had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. House is immaculate and hosts were very responsive although there were no issues for them to resolve, just restaurant recommendations. One thing to note if you have dogs though - the backyard is not fenced all the way in and you will have to walk the dog.

Great place to stay

Great location to ride bikes to downtown… it’s right across the road from a great breakfast place and a 3 min bike ride from the St Augustine Fish Camp! We even road our bikes to the amphitheater for Jason Isabelle concert without any difficulty. Would highly recommend!

Three stars is probably generous. The house is in a nice walkable location. That’s the only good thing I can say. The house has been furnished by Amazon furniture that is not holding up. Couch was sunkin, chairs were ripped and barstools wouldn’t stay up. You really cannot sleep in this house between the lack of window treatments and the horrible light pollution coming from the street and the foam bed. The beds are drap. I’m 150 pounds and sink so far into the bed it’s hard to roll over. And, foam beds are hot. So it’s hot and lit up like it’s daytime- not restful. And then let’s talk the lack of hot water. They have a tank that will hold up for one shower per hour. We had three of us. We were five days in before my 16 year old gave up and showered in the hall bath instead of the en-suite with some hot water. The owners have no lock on the front door so you have to walk around the back of the house to get into the unit. I wouldn’t want to do this alone. It’s not an unsafe neighborhood, but there are a good number of homeless on that side of town. The door doesn’t lock properly- you need to push it in to get it to lock or unlock. Annoying. The signs threatening to charge for stained towels was not an acceptable touch considering there were three of us and we were allowed four towels and three hand towels for the week. Was it terrible? No. Was it worth the money and would we recommend a friend stay there? Also No.

Wonderful place to stay

The house was new, clean and very comfortable. Nice little deck out back to sip your coffee or a glass of wine n the evening. Nice little breakfast place is right across the street. The hosts were responsive and the description is accurate. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful jog and walk iinto old town everyday. The location is ver nice. We did have trouble with the main television and internet. But we had plenty of other things to do. Nice little coffee shop across the street!

Wonderful spot!

Lovely house within walking distance if downtown/ice plant. The decor was tasteful and the home was comfy. The natural light was amazing. Just don’t stay if you plan on sleeping in, bedrooms are bright in the morning.
