Hurricane Update!! This condo is currently undergoing a full renovation due to some storm damage, with a projected reopening in December. It will be refreshed and better than ever—stay tuned!

The grounds have been completed, with some first-floor renovations still ongoing in the community, and the pool is open and heated!!

Enjoy the resort lifestyle where the beach is steps away and the pool is heated at 85 degrees all year around. You will be on the first floor and as you enter your building, your condo is located conveniently to your right. You will walk into a nicely decorated living room with an open kitchen to your left and a lovely farmstyle dining table. As you enter the hallway, you will find a working station counter and stool on your left, as well as your beautiful bathroom. Each bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the hallway, sunny and bright with ample closet space. Setup for friends or family for all to enjoy!

This area has some of the best shopping in St Pete Beach, multiple restaurants, movies, and shops are all within walking distance.

There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating, shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables. Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment and a parking pass for one passenger vehicle.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

In addition to what the complex provides, we have high speed wifi so that you can stream your favorite shows while you relax. As we provide complimentary beach essentials, they are used on a daily basis therefore we cannot guarantee their condition or the number of items. However, whatever we have in the unit is yours to use during your stay.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 23 or older.
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property.
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over the balcony.
- No parties or events
- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
