Remarkable renovation! Beautiful & beachy 2 bed, 1 bath condo situated in a fabulous location by the beach. Come see why St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida. This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!

A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included.
The kitchen has is fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.


Central heat and air.
Flexible check-in times.
Wi-fi, cable, & 3 smart TVs included.
Beach chairs, umbrella, volleyball, & sand toys are included (so you don't have to pre-reserve/pay for anything.)
Linens & towels are included (1 laundry switch-out included with stay).
There is a community charcoal/BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
Walk to fantastic beach restaurants, live music, all-night ice-cream shops, and bars.
Convenience stores across the street, grocery stores w delivery 1 mile away.
Parking pass included.
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA.
Coffee & Keurig machine, blender, toaster, crockpot, & many other items included in unit. Ask us about any specifics!
Hairdryer & iron included; no onsite laundry.
Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals
More Beach Cabanas, chairs, and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.

Make sure to check out Paradise Grill at sunset--where you can ring the bell and toast with the locals.
Beach is located across the small parking lot from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Behind the unit is a private picnic area, with shuffleboard in the next unit.

Very Convenient

Super great location with easy access to beautiful beach.Clean, easy street parking. The property was damaged in the hurricane and gas not completed its renovation but is close. Good and prompt communications with owner.

Great little beach condo

We've been coming here now for 3 years, and we plan on making the trip again. It's a nice place with a wonderful pool and patio area.

Great communication

Covid struck me down, cancelling our trip unfortunately. Our Host was wonderful in communicating clearly about Hurricane restoration/FEMA obstacles. And when the late news about COVID came, she even allowed family members to stay in the property, so as to not waste the reservation. My Niece and her family sent pictures of their lovely stay. I look forward to trying the property myself with my family in the future…

Great Location!

Beautiful location with easy access to beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Communication was easy as was check in and check out. The pool was another great asset for lounging and swimming.

This was the second time that we stayed here. The location is excellent, the people from the other units are friendly, and the pool area is wonderful. We're planning on coming back.

What a great beach and the location to it was perfect! We were able to come and go as we needed and driving around the town was easy as well. The condo is close enough to St Petersburg and Tampa for day trips and other attractions. We had a great time!

Easy Beach access

Condo is first floor with easy access to pool and walk across parking lot to beach. You can walk to almost everything. New bed pillows are needed but overall a 5 star beach experience.

Quaint condo on the beach

Condo was super clean and well maintained. We loved being on the ground floor and having access to the pool right out our back door. Clare was really great and super responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Comfy Condo super close to beach

We had a really good stay. Condo is clean and very nice. The shower needs a grab bar for safety and the 2 bed bedroom needs the smoke detector installed. Wires are in place just no device.

St. Pete's best!

The accommodations and property were absolutely amazing! The condo had everything a vacationer could ask for, the entire place was clean as a pin, and the pool area was best in class... My wife and I were extremely impressed. Location was another big plus for us, beach access directly across the street and we walked to quite a few restaurants on Gulf Boulevard... Made life easy at dinner time. We would recommend this place to anyone hoping to spend some time in St. Pete

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time! Nice, quiet place. Felt very safe to let the teens walk up to the surf shop which as a couple of blocks away. All of the other guests were so friendly. Ground level was really great as we typically stay in the larger high rises and the elevator can be a pain when packing in and out, and for groceries. I was surprised how close the beach was, just across from the parking lot which was never busy. We would definitely come back here!

Of all the places we looked at this one was a) the perfect location (right across from the beach, with a bar and grill? perfect) and b) had a great renovation. The condo feels clean and spacious -- your own private sanctuary. When you need a break from the beach, lounge by the pool outside your front door. In the evenings, you have more choices to walk to then you will have time for.
