Semi oceanfront, 2 story just past MP7. 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 10. Decks front and back on both levels. Parking under house for most cars. 3 under the house and 4 in the driveway.

Walk or drive to either public beach access, very close to 2nd and 1st street access.

Nice place, great location

Cozy house with a very good view and close to everything in Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head area. Also pet friendly, which was great.

Great house!

Great spot for a family vacation

We had a great stay here. Location was walking distance to beach, mini-golf and grocery stores. House was fully equipped for cooking in and on rainy days it was perfectly set up for playing games or watching movies. Hope to stay here again.

Beach house to the Tee

Location, location, location. We had easy beach assess from the house, along with being centrally located between our favorite restaurants and entertainment. Great vacation destination:)

Great property!

Great house, great location! Very clean, stocked with all the basic necessities. Check in process was very easy. Great communication from the owner. Our pups enjoyed their stay too! Would stay again!

Great Location

Beautiful house with an amazing location. Elwood and Mary were excellent host and VERY accommodating to our needs. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the cleanliness of the house. Overall an amazing house and it gave us a great vacation.

Great long weekend spot

The location was wonderful. Close and easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants the pier, grocery stores and activities. The house itself was the perfect size for the 7 of us but we could’ve squeezed in 2-3 more if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The host is very nice and super responsive. Would stay again!

Fun Long Weekend

2024 Family Friend get away

This vacation was full of laughed and memories made. The house was close to the beach and our favorite Jolly Roger’s restaurant. We spent a rainy day in the kitchen playing cards and games. The beds were nice and comfy. We look forward to booking again! Thank you for helping provide such great memories!

Obx Car Show

The house was perfect and exactly as described, they had everything we may need and more. It has 2 beach accesses within a super short walk. They were extremely responsive and even let us get early check in! I left some stuff and the owners reached out and are getting it back to me. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great time

We enjoyed a very nice week in Kill Devil hills. The home provided everything we needed, we had enough space for all of our family and dogs. The owner answered all our questions and was easy to work with. All this, along with a short walk to the beach, made the week fun for all.

Cozy And Perfect Location

Waking up and looking at the ocean from the kitchen. Walking a short distance to the beach and spending 6+hours playing in the waves. Showering off before we came in. Was amazing. All of it. And we would finish it off on the cozy couch watching a movies as a family. We had such a great time. And will definitely book here again.

Great trip

Location and property was perfect. Easy 3 minute walk to beach. We all enjoyed our vacation. Elwood reached out to me while we were there to inform us he was having the washer and dryer replaced. My family and I were on the beach when they came out and he informed me when they got there and when they left. I think he is a great host. Thank you
