Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a detached house. It is a 15-minute walk from the Arena and 8 minutes from the Central Station.

The apartment has been completely renovated and is in perfect condition.

. 1 large bedroom with a double bed
. 1 full-sized bedroom with two beds
. 1 open space comprising dining and living room with direct access to a small private shaded garden in summer
. 1 fully equipped modern kitchen
. 1 bathroom with toilet and all necessary amenities

The area is very nice and particularly quiet.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as eco-soap. Coffee and tea are also available.

In addition, parking is easy thanks to the many free parking spaces available on the street. For skilled drivers, it is also possible to park in the garden.

Wim was an excellent host and passionate about his home city. He provided a lot of very useful information about Nimes and other places to visit. He was available to contact easily if required, though not necessary for us. The apartment was well prepared and although there was no air conditioning, the fans provided were very good. We were able to park within the property grounds, the only minor criticism being the gates were difficult to position to close properly. Overall, an excellent stay.

Hôte très sympathique et souriant. Appartement nickel, confortable et doté de tout le nécessaire.Si vous aimez les chats, Mayet, mais surtout Bagousse, viendront vous faire un coucou dans le jardin (Bagousse adore la pizza 4 fromages!) Par contre, si, comme nous, vous êtes piétons, pas de commerces à proximité immédiate, ce qui est normal dans un quartier résidentiel.

Appartement conforme à la description. Très propre et bien équipé. La petite terrasse dans la verdure est très appréciable surtout par cette grande chaleur. Proximité de la ville 15 mn à pied des Arènes. L'hôte est très sympathique. Il nous a fourni beaucoup de renseignements sur la region et donné de bons conseils pour les visites.

Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Grundstück laufen mehrere Katzen herum, die immer in Wohnung gehen sobald die Terassentür offen steht. Das ist sehr nervig.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wim hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns mit vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt versorgt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Terrasse haben wir leider wegen des Windes nicht nutzen können. Das Zentrum ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder bei Wim buchen.
