The host is excellent, great communication, and the flexibility was really appreciated. The villa is perfectly located for easy walkable access to restaurants, shops, bars, and tourist activities, but also private enough to avoid the noise and crowds. Private parking was also really nice in the crowded area of Key West. The villa is super cute, nicely decorated, very clean and functional, nice kitchen and bathrooms, with charming porches on the front and back second floor for relaxing after a long day on the water. We loved it! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, super clean, and nice amenities! The only downside was a pretty strong mold or mildew smell in the upstairs rooms, which made it hard to breathe comfortably.

The location was perfect for its proximity to Duval Street! Communication with Phillip was always timely. Our only problem was the heated pool was not heated for our entire stay and we had planned to use it. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and we would return.

Excellent location, kind of hard to find and limited parking, but well worth it! Super clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. Decks are nice, pool looked inviting but we never had time (never try to pack Key West into 3 days even if you know it pretty well!) It was great to be able to come home and shower before starting the evening!

Awesome Rental

This rental is in a prime location in Key West, just off of Duval Street. It is tucked away down a small quiet street, but still close to the action. The rental was very clean and well appointed.

We had a great time. Loved the location!

The location of the villa is very convenient. We rented bikes but it turned out that we didn’t need them. We would love to stay again sometime! It’s the perfect place in the Keys.
