The house had an overwhelming smell of mold. A dehumidifier would work wonders. The paint was bubbling on the walls in the bedroom because it was so moist. Our code to get the key did not work and they had to send someone with spare keys to let us in. The back gate to the pool was broken, so it did not lock. The location was great, and it could be amazing, but the smell ruined it for us.

The check-in process was completely stress-free and the property manager graciously accommodated our arrival several hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. The management company was extremely easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described, was clean, and very comfortable. The location really couldn’t be better - a block away from everything on Duval. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Doesn't get any better. The location is perfect; close to everything but also quiet and private. The house is clean and well stocked. It's got front decks for morning coffee and a private pool for relaxation and cooling off. The communication with management is quick and accommodating. We've chosen this home for many years and it never disappoints!

Great Location!

Beautiful upgraded older home with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the historic lighthouse across the street. Great location for us too. We walked everywhere. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great Vacation Spot

The house was great for our celebration of a 50th birthday. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck by the pool and the front porches (ground level and 2nd level). The house was very clean. Great location, walkable to all of Duval's attractions or affordable Ubers.

Heaven

The location was so peaceful, and the pool was wonderful. Being across from the lighthouse and next to the Hemingway House was perfect, it had a cool kind of retro vibe that was fun, but we were still within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay at Jasmine Place. Communication was super, check in was easy, and the location is perfect. We could walk everywhere, and the house was a beautiful place to recharge, hang out at the pool, or people watch on the porch. Loved that it's also pet friendly! Highly recommend this lovely home!

We had a group of girls celebrating a birthday. We had an amazing time. Perfect location and the property management even set up bikes to be delivered at our house. Would 100% stay here again.
