Very pleasant

Lovely clean property very close to the town centre of Conil and beach. A very pleasant stay and would Definately recommend. Child and pet friendly.

Everything was clean. The hot tub is a jetted tub in the main floor bathroom.
We sat here for coffee every morning. It was comfortable, quiet , and beautiful

This beautiful home is located in a quiet area walking distance to shops, beaches and city centre. It is well equipped with very thing you could ever need for a stay with friends or families with children. We had a lovely stay in conil. The only thing that could have made it more enjoyable would have been the comfort of the beds and bathrooms that need some attention.

Family mini break

The villa was at a great location, just a short stroll from the city center and nearby stores. It was well furnished with three spacious double bedrooms, and a basement that with five beds and direct access to the pool and garden area. The garden was well maintained, and the pool was of a generous size and clean. The owner was very accommodating, and our stay went off without any issues. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

Brilliant.!

. The property is fantastic and well equipped with everything we needed (including bodyboards scooters and bikes). We visited in late October and had several good days in the garden. We loved the Bbq the pizza oven and the location. Thank you Rafa for a wonderful stay we really enjoyed it.

Very clean, well equipped, exactly as described, great location

Rafe was really helpful, providing us with some food, drink & fruit for when we arrived. There was plenty of room for ourselves & ourgrown up children & partners. The lovely pool, outdoor patio & garden were used a lot due to the hot temperature. The location is only 10 mins walk from the centre of the town with its many bars & beautiful beach. The supermarket is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. To sum up the villa ticked all our requirements & we had a fantastic family holiday.

Spacious homely villa.

We had a wonderful stay, 3 grandparents, 2 teenagers and 2 adults. Rafa made us very welcome with a delicious lunch on arrival! The Villa is about 20 minutes walk from the beach and the main town but there are lovely little bars and restaurants closer and the main supermarket is very close. Everything we needed was provided and a lot more too. Things like oil, sugar, herbs and spices etc were all able to be used which was very welcome. The Wi-Fi and TV were great too as it kept the teenagers happy! Thoroughly recommended.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit leichten Abzügen bezüglich Sauberkeit

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr umfangreich. Von sehr vielen Handtüchern bis hin zu Strandutensilien und einer umfangreicher Küchenausstattung war alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war dem alter entsprechend schön eingerichtet, sodass man sich wohlfühlte und gut entspannen konnte.Für einen Urlaub mit 6 Personen bietet die Unterkunft ausreichend Platz. Bei einem Urlaub mit mehr Personen oder Kindern ist zu beachten, dass diese in einem Massenschlafraum im Keller untergebracht werden müssen.

netter Empfang, groszügiges Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen für 4-6 personen ok könnte mal ein bischen Pflege und "Farbe gebrauchen" Lage super Ruhig und doch zentral. würde dieses Haus für 1-woche wieder buchen

Lovely villa - very well equipped and such a helpful host

We loved staying at this villa and were amazed at how well equipped it was and the great range of essentials available to us. The pool was smaller than we thought and we didn’t get to use it but well maintained and am sure it would be amazing for when you return from days out on very hot days ! The best thing was how lovely and extremely helpful the host was - he went above and beyond. We will be returning

Sehr schönes Haus unweit des Zentrums und des Strandes

Schönes Haus mit Pool, ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann. Rafa hat uns (2 Familien mit 4 Kindern von 5 - 11 J.) sehr freundlich empfangen. Kuchen für die Kinder und Pastete für die Erwachsenen standen bereit, er hat kurz alles erklärt und war später jederzeit erreichbar. Als wir eines Tages Probleme mit dem Heißwasser hatten, kamen 15 Min. nach Kontaktaufnahme mit ihm Handwerker! Es ist nur ein kurzer Weg ins Zentrum und auch der Strand ist schnell erreicht. In der Nachbarschaft sind zwei Supermärkte, so dass man morgens zu Fuss Brötchen besorgen kann. Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen Haus genossen!

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit drei Kindern (8Monate,3&4 Jahre) bei Rafael zu Gast. Er liess uns schon morgens ins Haus und hatte Kuchen besorgt, ausserdem gabs eine kurze geführte Tour mit dem Auto durch die Stadt mit vielen Tipps für Restaurants, Cafés etc. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, alles vorhanden und viel Platz für die Kinder. Die Lage ist auch toll, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, ca 15-20min Fussweg mit leichter Steigung, aber es lohnt sich, denn Strand und Meer sind super. Rafael ist ein toller Gastgeber und das Haus absolut zu empfehlen.

Lovely rustic villa with large shared spaces inside and outside. Well equipped kitchen. Good location. Just up note the bedroom on the first floor is more a mezzanine area.

Wonderful villa in great location

We love this villa and have been coming or many years. The owner is constantly updating and improving. Every year he adds something new. The location is perfect. Very quiet but minutes from the shops, town and beaches. Conil is a beautiful place.
