Amazing stay

the house is perfect for a rest as it is located in the middle of the country there are no noise and you can choose whether if to get to the marvellous beaches 13 minutes away or just stay in the house as its charming makes quite difficult to go out of it.

Family holiday

One word; SUPERBCasa Asia is a lovely oasis. Close to beaches, interesting villages/towns and beautiful scenery.Having Carol close at hand was an added bonus but we needed very little help.

Paraiso escondido

El sitio es mejor que las fotos, la casa es muy grande y con muchos sitios para estar, por lo que un grupo de 10 puede estar comodamente una semana sin estorbarse. Solo una habitacion con AC pero por las noches refresca incluso en los peores dias de calor, asi q no es necesario para dormir bien. Carol vive en el predio y estaba siempre atenta a problemas, incluso si fuesen por la madrugada. La casa está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario. El acceso por calles de tierra es algo molesto si tienes un coche muy bajo, pero nada grave. Hay supermercados a 15min donde puedes comprar todo lo necesario (ej: Carrefour Market en Vejer) y es un buen punto central para ir a varias playas. Como mejoras, si bien nada es grave, diria que la vajilla es justa, tiene todo pero no sobra mucho por lo q tienes q ir lavando permanentemente. El wifi es muy lento y hay poca señal de movil, dificil si mas de uno debe teletrabajar en simultáneo. Seria ideal tener un ventilador de techo en el living para los dias de mucho calor. Nada de eso impide tener una vacación espectacular y no dudaria en recomendarlo a quien sea :)

Casa perfecta para relajarse

La casa es preciosa tal y como se ve en la web, construida con buenos materiales y muy bien decorada. La habitación de arriba es enorme y cuenta con una ducha doble estupenda y un vestidor, amén de la terraza con vistas. Es cierto que el camino para llegar es de tierra pero se entiende por el entorno natural donde está situada. Durante la estancia surgieron algunas cosillas de mantenimiento que hubo que solucionar y lo hicieron lo más rápido posible, gracias a Carol. El jardín y la zona de bar son un lujo. La piscina es grande y preciosa, sin embargo la depuradora estaba averiada, con un arreglo provisional cuando llegamos, y no era capaz de depurar el agua correctamente, a pesar de los esfuerzos y el tiempo dedicado por el personal de mantenimiento. Hemos pasado una semana genial. La ubicación es perfecta entre Vejer y la playa, cerca de todo y a la vez muy tranquila.

Beautiful house, great hosts.

The house is gorgeous, lovely pool areas, well equipped kitchen, excellent fully functioning outside bar/kitchen. The access road was fine, dusty, but doesn’t need a 4 wheel drive. There is a dog that visits who is very friendly and doesn’t come into the house but enjoys some ball throwing! We really had a fantastic stay. Carol and Lola were really helpful and having them nearby was great. We would go back!

The excellent Casa Asia

Truly spacious luxurious and well equipped villa that fully lived up to the website description. The pool is a very good size and the surrounding area and outdoor 'entertainment space ' worked well for our family of five adults. And Casa Asia is well located for the beaches and the La Breña national park. We found the kitchen well stocked with a good selection of household products and cooking basics. Only the (vast) master suite was air conditioned but that presented no problem in 32 degrees + and indoor temperatures throughout were easily controlled using the electric blinds fitted to all windows. The two Villa contacts, Lola and Carol, were really friendly and helpful and gave us good advice on the local area. The nearest large supermarkets are in Conil and Vejer. Though there are a few much smaller ones in Zahora. The mile or so track to the villa from the main road (A-2233) is pretty rough but was ok in a relatively high riding SUV type vehicle we used. Overall though a pretty solid five star place which we would certainly come to again.

Cadre idyllique mais manque d'entretien extérieur c'est vraiment dommage !

Nous avons passé 18 jours dans cette villa, nous pouvons donc donner un avis objectif. Et nous pouvons aussi confirmer les commentaires de certains. Pour accéder à la villa les derniers 2,3 km sont un accès caillouteux et très poussiéreux, attention aux voitures basses. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été admiratif devant cette belle villa. Mais lorsque l'on regarde dans le détail certains points sont à revoir ou à améliorer. Nous avons l'habitude de louer des maisons de ce type de villa et c'est la première fois que lors de notre arrivée nous n'avions même pas à disposition une bouteille d'eau au frais..... Surtout quand on vous annonce qu'il ne faut pas boire l'eau du robinet... Les premières constatations nous ont laissé perplexes, pas de petites cuillères en nombres seulement 9, pas de saladiers pour 8 pas de torchons de vaisselle... Bref le nécessaire de cuisine était réellement incomplet... Doit on parler des vélos annoncés que nous attendons toujours ? .... ( Désormais supprimés de l'annonce) Le tapis de course en photo dans l'annonce, dont nous n'avons pas eu la clé pour le mettre en route malgré notre demande..... La plage en bois de la piscine est très abîmé les lattes de bois sont certaines cassés et d'autres en équilibre ( 1 ado blessé pendant notre séjour), la piscine en elle même est vraiment bien mais en manque d'entretien évident manque beaucoup de mosaïques qui tombent un peu tous les jours.... Le pisciniste devait passer tous les jours mais dans les faits un passage tous les 3 voir 4 jours... Concernant l'espace extérieur pool bar, il est sympa par contre il manque un évier et sur ce type de prestations il y a un lave vaisselle serait vraiment bien. Par contre l'intérieur de la maison est parfait très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons également rencontré des problèmes d'eau...pas d'anticipation du remplissage de la cuve... Nous avons signalé ces différents problèmes sur quoi, il nous est répondu que nous sommes à la campagne et que c'est compliqué par contre le tarif lui, n'est pas un tarif de villa de campagne..... A ce tarif nous sommes en droit d'attendre une présentation parfaite. Nous avons tout de même passé de très belles vacances dans un endroit calme, dépaysant et ensoleillé avec des plages magnifiques !

Maravillosa estancia y un trato excelente

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles, la casa es maravillosa, y equipada con todo lo necesario ,en una zona súper tranquila ,todo súper limpio y muy bien cuidado. El trato con Lola excelente y nos dio muchísima información de toda la zona. Cerca de las mejores playas del litoral Gaditano y de Vejer de la frontera. Muchísimas gracias por todo. Volveremos

Un verdadero oasis de tranquilidad en una zona de Cádiz con impresionantes playas y pueblos

El nombre del alojamiento describe la realidad, en una zona apartada de la población una amplia casa con un jardin impresionante, con una vegetación y cesped bien cuidado. La piscina es una autentica gozada y durante nuestra estancia renovaron el agua. Las instalaciones comunes, tanto para tomar el sol, disfrutar de la barbacoa o comidas en el exterior o el amplio salón, son excepcionales. La cocina completa y comoda Las habitaciones y la moderna decoración , muy bien. La suite, espectacular y cuenta con aire acondicionado, algo que tal vez se echa en falta en otras, por poner un pero.. Disfrutamos de una semana una familia de 10 miembros y dos mascotas y lo pasamos genial. La atención y respuesta a los mensajes del propietario, Raúl, un 10 !! Y la recepción y gestiones de los cuidadores de la finca, Lorena y Jesús, fantástica. Para quienes quieran relajarse, desconectar, estar apartados del mundanal ruido pero a la vez cerca de Caños de Meca, el Palmar o Vejer, sitio recomendable

En términos generales todo correcto, lo que si nos extrañó aunque nos lo solucionaron fue que se acabó el agua del pozo al según día de estancia. Paralelamente indícamos que el aire acondicionado no fucionaba correctamente y no todas las estacias la tienen. En términos globales correcto

Casa genial, espaciosa y muy bonita

Para un alquiler de este rango le falta mantenimiento, la piscina está deteriorada, las maderas sueltas y la bañera esta en muy mal estado.

Tuvimos un par de bajas en nuestro personal por enfermedad y durante sólo unos días falto algo de mantenimiento, problema que rápidamente solucionamos. La bañera está contenida con un micro cemento pigmentado tipo vintage que puede parecer deteriorada, aunque realmente no lo está. Seguiremos como siempre intentado mejorar

Wonderful place

Casa Asia is a magic place. We spent three two weeks, two families of 5 people, ten persons in total. The communication with the landlord is great, and on site Lorena and Jesus are incredibly helpful and amiable. The house is brilliant, the pool big, everything well equipped and of high standard. There are 4 rooms, so the kids were sleeping together (3 + 3, plenty of space) sharing a bathroom. Then there’s an incredible master bedroom with bathroom and terrace and another cute bedroom outside, with his own bathroom. Facilities are great and the area simply spectacular. So enjoy them both! We did it and we hope to come back soon.

Auf den ersten Blick toll aber........

Der erste Eindruck war gut. Aber wir hatte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes 3 Hunden auf dem Grundstück, die sogar in den Pool gegangen sind, auf den Gartenmöbeln saßen, im Garten ihr "Geschäft" verrichteten und sogar ins Haus rein gingen wenn wir nicht alle Türe zu gemacht haben. Wir haben das der zuständigen Person gemeldet aber leider wurde hier nichts dagegen unternommen. In der Küche waren in den unteren Schubladen Mäusekot.... und es wurde täglich mehr. Der Fernseher ging in den ersten 2-3 Tagen im Wohnzimmer gar nicht. Die Badewanne im unteren Bad sieht dermaßen schnuddelig aus, dass man da überhaupt keine Lust auf ein Bad bekommt. Der Mieter meint aber dass sei normal. Wir haben das dem Vermieter auch alles geschrieben aber er hat wenig Verständnis für die Unannehmlichkeiten und unhygienische Zustände gezeigt und ist nicht bereit uns hier irgendwie entgegenzukommen. Schade, auf den ersten Blick ist das wirklich ein tolles Haus aber die Hunde und die Mäuse haben uns den Spaß daran genommen. Wir würden das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen da und leider wurden wir alle sehr entäuscht.

Es tut mir sehr leid, dass diese Kunden so harte Kommentare zu meiner Person abgegeben haben. Es ist das erste Mal, dass jemand schlecht über das Haus spricht, und Sie können mit denen vieler Reisender sprechen. Ich würde mein Haus wieder an diese Art von Kunden vermieten. Wir sprachen mit ihnen über das pünktliche Problem mit den Hunden, und eine kleine Feldmaus brach das Haus ein, was noch nie passiert war, und sobald sie uns sagten, wurde das Problem gelöst. Wir werden auch alles tun, um uns zu verbessern und das zu verbessern Das passiert nicht noch einmal.

-- Very helpful & available hosts. -- The house and garden are well displayed in the pictures - beautiful deco, rooms are big and comfy, the swimming pool is great to allow big groups playing and resting. -- Big warning on dogs if you are allergic or scared - around 5 to 8 dogs bark during the day but mostly during the night - and they can come in the property. They are endearing & calm but often present. Thanks again for this great vacation. We recommend the house.

Very quiet and lovely

It's a beautiful place, lovely pool and a lovely house. The road to it is kind of a dirt track, so might be useful to have a car with off-road capability. And there are some quite loud dogs next door, but you grew to love them. It's just very peaceful, and Lorena looks after you very well.

Magnífica vivienda, preciosa, amplísima y de superior comodidad. No le faltaba de nada. El trato de Lorena y Jesús fue inmejorable . Volvería repetir la visita a ese lugar privilegiado de la naturaleza y en particular a ese casa tan maravillosa, Mi más concreta enhorabuena al propietario (Raúl) por el diseño de esa casa, ese jardín y esa decoración tan agradable y funcional. Belle maison, propriétaire disponible et serviable, quelques points perfectibles : . la piscine qui doit être mieux entretenue . les chiens du voisin qui sont un peu bruyant et collant Je recommande cette maison

Magnifica casa de vacaciones

La casa es mucho más bonita en la realidad que en las fotos las instalaciones (piscina porche etc) son perfectas y todo muy cómodo la limpieza y el estado de la casa imposible mejorar y Lorena y jesus disponibles las 24 horas para cualquier problema recomiendo la casa al. 100 % no os defraudara

Indescriptible experiencia

Increíble casa en un espacio natural indescriptible, que me han hecho sin duda vivir junto a los míos una experiencia maravillosa de descanso y paz en armonía con la naturaleza...exquisita decoración y trato inigualable! quiero repetir ya!
