Great Condo with expansive views. Three huge outdoor pools plus lazy river. Gym quality Fitness Room. Huge Indoor Pool. Short Walk to Beach and Cobalt the Restaurant. Spacious Master bedroom with king bed, second and third bedroom each with Queen sized beds and sleeper sofa in the den. Ice Machine, Wine Cooler, and state of the art kitchen. Enjoy your vacation in this wonderful Caribe condo.

Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms.
There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am.

Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Your reservation includes 1 parking pass. This parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive. If you would like to purchase an additional pass, you can purchase them from the front desk in the B building.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

From what I can remember, I thought your review stated that the three bedrooms have king size bed, I would say the other two beds were more like queen size. We had a nice view of the beach as well as the lazy river. Most definitely I would visit this property again.

Place could have been taken care of better

Overall property was great. Directions were a bit unclear at first. Hard to find "assigned" parking spot and pretty much told good luck at the gate. Condo had some bad spots in it and could use some better maintaining.

Great Value

Property was a great value for the cost. Unit was clean and presented just as advertised. No issues checking in, everything was in good, working order, and check out was easy too! Would book again in the future.

Orange Beach Get Away

This property was as described. It is an older unit could use some updating but it is very adequate for a stay. We were sad that the lazy river was still under construction but this is out of the control of the owner. All in all would stay again.

Great condo

We always come to the caribe. This unit was great. Very clean. Very beachy. Couch was super comfortable. Very spacious and great view of the lazy river (under construction) but also could see the beach. Had a blast and so thankful to have had a wonderful and safe stay.

Spacious condo, great location. Unfortunately lots of maintenance work going on and lazy river down for huge maintenance/renovations We had some maintenance issues in condo but the maintenance guy responded quickly to fix things. Overall a good stay.

Fun Family Getaway

We had a really nice time staying here. The management was was friendly and accommodating. Caribe is a great location in OBA and we love staying on the bay. We took our seadoos with us and did not realize the docks were still damaged from the hurricane over a year ago, but it wasn't a big deal because we rented a slip next door at the Caribe Marina. The condo was very roomy and clean. The pictures make the furnishings look a little newer than they are but it was still nice and clean. The condo comes with a private parking slip in the covered garage which was very nice since it rained a good bit while we were there. One teen put sheets on the sofa and did not pull it out into a bed and said it was very comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun family vacation rental. There were tons of pools and slides, hot tubs and an indoor pool.

Wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay for Spring Break! The Caribe is the best place for families to have a safe time with everything they need on property to have fun. You can also walk or ride the trolley right over to the beach or to Cobalt for dinner. There was plenty of space in the condo and plenty of kitchenware to cook for your group. I would only recommend adding a pot for boiling pasta, etc. The condo comes with one dedicated garage spot, but other parking passes can be purchased to park in any unmarked spot in the garage. There are plenty buggies and carts at the entrance of each building to help get your things to and from your room. The host/property manager was super quick with communication and gave us all the information needed before, during and at checkout time. I would definitely recommend this amazing place!

The condo was old and dirty. Needed a paint job. Light switches were broken. Kitchen faucet was broken. Contacted property manager who looked at it, said it needed to be replaced, but never returned to fix it. No toilet paper holder in master bath. Toilet in second bathroom kept breaking.

Construction Noise Nightmare

The pool deck, and the lazy river are not only closed, but are completely under construction. The noise from the construction starts at 7 AM and ends at 7 PM. There was also construction inside our building, so the noise was not only on the balcony, but inside the unit we had to leave the unit one day, just to get away from the noise when I reached out to management and asked to be moved. They had no other units. I was expecting a relaxing beach vacation and got a noisy construction zone for 4 nights 5 days. I would not stay in this unit again. The washing machine was also super loud, so it had to be run when we were not in the room. The pictures in the rental listing show the lazy river there. There was an Asterix that said it was closed. That listing is accurate because it’s not closed. It’s actually just not there making the view ugly on top of the noise.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Caribe Resort building and grounds were well maintained and personnel were friendly & courteous. Julie at Signature Property Mgmt. had excellent communication skills and promptly responded to our needs. Easy check in/out. Maintenace came out quickly to take care of major issues. The owner of the unit needs to take some pride in their rental home. Some of the appliances have been replaced but others such as oven and micro needs replacing. The unit was surfaced cleaned, but it needs a deep cleaning throughout. Vents, HVAC all were encrusted with dust. The faux wood floors are cracked, chipped, uneven, and unsafe. The tile floors were beyond filthy. After using a white cloth to hand wash the floors, the rag was black. The furniture, wobbly tables, patio furniture needs to be replaced/deep cleaned. The primary mattress sloped to the middle. Most of the dishes were chipped and the kitchen light fixture showed signs of a water leak. This unit might be fine for weekenders or a weeklong vacation stay but for snowbirds staying for 8 weeks, the 45 items we had on our list could not be ignored. Would we rent at Caribe Resort, yes. Would we stay at this unit, no way. It was a huge disappointment. In our 10 years of being snowbirds, this was the first negative review we have ever given.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are always pros and cons when you rent a condo you’ve never visited. First, the pros, this condo has a great location. Parking is near the front lobby door, the trash chute is right outside the condo door, and the condo is larger than the pictures make it look. Everything you need is inside the condo and the resort has everything to enjoy a family vacation. Publix and other grocery stores are nearby and Shopping stores are very Close. If you have car trouble, Pep Boys and O’Reillys auto parts have a great staff. Now the Cons, Parker cleaning service needs to do a more detailed clean monthly, not necessarily between each visit. There was a lot of dust on top and inside the cabinets, dressers and normal things like bed, trim lamps, and pictures that are not normally cleaned during every visit. Master bedroom lightbulb fixture chain was broken, which would be a $15 fix from Home Depot or Lowe’s. switches and master shower is a little complicated, especially for older people, so maybe a detailed description on how to use or locate light switches would be helpful. Please replace the worn out mattress in the master bedroom as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!! we were forced to go out and buy 4 inch memory cone to make it comfortable.All in all, it’s a great condo. It’s a great location. It’s a great resort. I would recommend to anyone.

Several things in the unit were broken, ie no toilet paper holder, no towel rack, several lights burned out, broken blinds, kitchen sink sprays water everywhere. When paying top price I expect these things. Management offered to have someone repair them; however, I declined, as I did not want to deal with a repair man during my stay.
