Hidden in the greenery of Lotoise, the Tower of Peyre Levade will charm you with its authenticity, stone and charm. Located in a hamlet composed of several buildings including a cottage for 10 people (46G12947), an educational farm and an equestrian farm. In summer, you can spend wonderful moments enjoying the garden: table tennis, slide, swing and deckchairs await you there. Enjoy the joys of the countryside: you can go see the animals of the mining discovery farm (2 sheep, 1 goat, 2 pigs, chickens, ...) located next to the cottage. Do you like horses? The equestrian farm that will offer you beautiful walks (accessible from 2 years and a half). You have come to discover the Lot, you are only 17 km from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Visit the village of Calvignac, a perched village that has kept its remains of yesteryear. The small town of Cajarc is not far away, as is the department of Aveyron or Tarn-et-Garonne. Welcome to the cottage La Tour de Peyre Levade! Holiday homes on 3 levels. On the ground floor: dining room/ equipped kitchen (stove piano, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher), TV, wood stove. A bathroom with washing machine. Access to the floors by a narrow staircase. On the first floor: 1 bathroom with toilet, relaxation area with boat bed, wood stove, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140. On the top floor: 1 through bedroom with 1 bed in 140, 1 bedroom in the back with 1 bed in 140. Two terraces: one overlooking farm side with garden furniture, barbecue/ another overlooking garden side with living room, plancha, barbecue. Enclosed garden with swing, games for children, bowling, garden furniture. Internet access. Sheets and electricity included in the rental price. Optional housekeeping. Cottage located in white area.
