At the Gite de l'Archipel, you will enjoy all the advantages of the city with access to all shops, services and leisure activities while being in a quiet area 500m from the centre. At 100m from the river and an open and a covered aquarium complex, you will be able to walk through this magnificent medieval town of Cahors with its many treasures. With its park planted with trees and flowers, its covered terrace and its interior renovated, fitted out and arranged in a harmonious and trendy style, the Gite de l'Archipel is an ideal place for holidays, rest and relaxation in all seasons.A few steps give access to a bolet and to the main room of the gite composed of a living room part with flat screen TV and sofa, a kitchen area with built-in units and all the equipment. On the same level, a bedroom with a double bed and a washbasin. On the ground floor, living room with 2 armchairs and a flat screen TV; pleasant vaulted ceiling bedroom with a trundle bed (1 bed 90 and a 2nd bed that can either be separated or moved closer together on the same level to make a bed in 180); bathroom with shower, basin, toilet. Covered terrace with garden furniture, private courtyard with a parking space. Large fenced garden with trees. House attached to a year-round dwelling.
