In a small hamlet away from the medieval village of Bélaye, on the promontory of the lower Lot valley, and in a landscape offering nature lovers vast wooded and wine-growing areas criss-crossed by numerous hiking trails, come and stay at the Gite des Vignes! It will charm you with its renovation combining tradition and modern comfort, with antique furniture alongside contemporary furniture giving the whole a pleasant atmosphere...you'll feel good at the Gite des Vignes! For 2 or 4 people, it is the ideal place to discover the richness of this part of the department famous for its great wines and the beauty of the meanders of the river Lot.House over a cellar, a few steps lead to the entrance of the gite with all the rooms on the same level: living room of 28m² composed of a kitchen area with counter and built-in units, and a sitting area with sofa, flat screen and wood stove. Bedroom of 8.5m² with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. A corridor leads to a 12m² bedroom with a double bed and storage space. Bathroom with large shower cubicle, washbasin on cupboard, mirror, storage space, washing machine. Separate WC. Outside, courtyard of 200m², garage for one car, terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Land all around the house.
