Located 500m from all the shops in the village of Bretenoux, you are staying in this spacious gîte, ideal for getting together with family or friends. Good place to visit the major Lot tourist sites but also the listed villages, the castles, the countless caves and lakes and of course the Dordogne Valley. As you will have understood, the activities will not be lacking, your holidays will be rich in discovery! Gîte on 2 levels / raised ground floor. Large entrance with reversible air conditioning serving a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ...), a living/dining room with TV, reversible air conditioning. 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140. 1 bathroom. 1 separate WC. Upstairs, a relaxation area on the mezzanine: Convertible sofa, hi-fi system, library, board games, baby equipment. 2 bedrooms: 1 with 140 bed and the other with 2 90 beds. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. Independent WC. Large garage with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, 2 bicycles available, complete cleaning kit. 2 Terraces: a shaded balcony terrace with garden furniture, a shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture. Enclosed grounds with ping-pong table, barbecue, plancha. Sheets, towels, optional cleaning. Rooms equipped with mosquito net. Animals accepted under conditions. Biker welcome.
