The Reel Therapy Lakehouse

This home is located on Nacoochee point in Mud Creek on the beautiful Lake Guntersville in Hollywood Alabama. The perfect vacation getaway and a fisherman's paradise. This home is loaded with amenities. One luxury, a pull-thru garage with a gravel access to the concrete boat ramp on the two acre lot. Beautiful lake front property.
THE SPACE
The home is located directly ona two acre lot Mud Creek on . The home is equipted with: 4 Bedrooms ( 1 King, 4 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin) / 2 full Baths (5ft showers.) The kitchen comes fully furnished with island bar seating for 10 people. The kitchen opens up into living area with a large screen TV.
Enjoy dinner or lounging on the large screened in porch that spans across the back of the house while enjoying the lakeview. The washer and dryer located in the laundry room has french doors leading to a covered porch area that includes the gas grill and outside dining as well.
The three stall pull-thru garage allows vehicle and boat to be out of the weather. The stalls are equipted with a retractable power cord for charging boats ( no tripping over cords,) and full LED lighting for working on tackle. The garage is designed to pull straight thru for access to concrete boat ramp and gazebo by the lake. A MUST HAVE for fisherman (see video.)
Also includes internet, TV service, and plenty of parking. House is fully handicap accessible throughout.
GUEST ACCESS
Access the whole house except for what the owner may have locked up. A key code access is provided for the front door.
Check in is after: 3:00 pm
Check out is before: 10:00 am

Check in and out with no person-to-person contact. House will be disinfected thoroughly, especially high-touch surfaces.
DAMAGE AND INCEDENTALS

Went on a fishing trip with 3 buddys

The place was super nice. Had everything we needed. Coffee pot, stove, and much more. Garage was really nice too. Had a spot for 3 boats and you can drive threw any of them to get to the boat ramp in the back yard. It was convenient and also found a few fish for how cold the water still was. Would definitely recommend

Down time

7 people converging from ND, TX, MN and GA. The property provided plenty of opportunities and space for privacy and group interaction in a beautiful setting. The owner could not have been more accommodating! He allowed us to navigate through a huge glitch in our travel plans with great flexibility. I can not say enough about the property and great owner, thanks for a wonderful stay under difficult circumstances.

Fishing Trip

This was the ABSOLUTELY PERFECT place for us for this fishing trip. First, the 3 bay garage enables you to put your boat under cover and keep it secured. The ramp in the BACK YARD was SOOO convenient!! We had storage in the laundry room, plenty of counter space for snacks and such. We cooked, re-heated, and stored our food stuffs very easily. New coffee maker, nice setup to watch some old movies in the evening. We especially appreciated our time together eating on the screened in back porch. My brother even sent a package to the address which didn't arrive until after we checked out and the host ensured we received it after our stay....above and beyond! WILL HOPE TO BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

Relaxing get away

We had all of our young adult children and their spouses and we loved your property. The 8 of us fished, kayaked, went boating, hiked, and it was perfect. We read on the screened in porch and played games. We had plenty of room for all of us in the living room and screened porch to hang out. After a busy year of life it was exactly what we wanted for our vacation this year - to be together and just do all of the above. We didn't find many restaurants or things to do in the immediate area but that wasn't what we were looking for.

Lovely House and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend vacation and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, plentiful linens, and enough beds for everyone. The boat ramp on the property was convenient and we enjoyed fishing off the dock and paddle boarding. The garage was great for storing our paddle boards and charging our boat. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Kayak fishing

Seven friends came to kayak fish Lake Gunterville and this place was exceptional. Out side could set watch football the three car garage was great for unloading yaks and go to dinner large living. Room to lie about our fishing. Owner was great to communicate with.

Ideal fishing retreat

Most of our trips are for fishing and this is the best one we've stayed at for that purpose. Huge garage to use for whatever you want. Would definitely stay again. Had a couple things that could've been improved for future guest and communication with the owner was very good so no concerns there. There is no bathtub if thats a concern but it wasnt for us. Don't think you'll be disappointed with this one, we had a great time

Amazing Setup for Fishing

Great place — awesome host. The added pull through garage is excellent for anyone with a boat. It was great to pull the boat in a night and reorganize our tackle. There are multiple electrical reels to allow for ease of charging all the boat batteries. In the evening it was great to relax in the screen in porch area and also morning coffee under the covered pro h area!! Great setup and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, propane grill, trash cans everywhere and very friendly Nieghbor’s. Host reached out to us right away and was always available to chat if needed.

Awesome House

We went with friends for our annual New Year's trip. The house was as described. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I had a couple of minor questions/issues and the property owner was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately.
