Thank you for your message. We had no idea that you were not happy with your stay until you decided to leave. You were both so cordial and talked about how you loved everything. When you did tell us you were leaving you said your decision had nothing to do with our place and made the remark that it was a lovely place. Rather, it was because the queen bed wouldn’t sleep both of you. We had two additional bedrooms that we offered at that time as goodwill but you declined. It is clearly stated on our bedroom description in Vrbo that the only bed we have to offer is a queen, which we have verified that it is a queen. We are sorry that the cot and couch were too low for you. We also verified the couch that we have is a standard height for couches. We were here to help and were so eager to make your visit a memorable one. As far as a refund goes… this was our first booking through VRBO and we will not be paid until the end of the month per Vrbo policy. We would like more understanding of what we could had done to have gotten a better rating? We were totally honest on our description of what we had to offer you and future guests.
