Mermaid Manor - with 6-seater Golf Cart!

This beautiful cottage is homey, clean, and well maintained, with a yard that backs up to a delightful lake surrounded by pine trees. Mermaid Manor is one of our favorite properties, loved for its established location and close access to fun amenities. The tasteful, tall ceilings and full kitchen in the main living area, paired with the upstairs loft and bunkbeds provide a comfortable stay experience for all guests - adults and children alike. 6 seater golf cart included!
The space
Downstairs, Mermaid Manor has two bedrooms - one primary room with a king sized bed and an attached bathroom, along with another bedroom down the hall. There is also a second bathroom on the first floor, between the two bedrooms. Upstairs is another bathroom and a loft with two bunk beds, perfect for the kids!
Other things to note
One golf cart is included with the stay. Please contact us if you would like to rent additional golf cart for a daily fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Sandestin. The house is tucked in the back of a neighborhood which was very quiet. One thing to consider is that the two golf carts take up 2 of the parking spots, so there was only one parking spot for the house, but there are other open spots in the neighborhood just a short distance away, which was fine.

We had a wonderful stay. we had 5 kids all age ranges and 5 adults and everyone loved the house and golfcarts . John was amazing and super helpful . responded super quickly with any questions we had . and even went out of his way to help us . we will definitely be back for our future stays!

Beautiful location!

The location was perfect, close to Baytown Wharf and 25 minutes from Henderson Beach. The house was large and had a smart TV, great for streaming Amazon prime! Host was great at communication and even helped us find our lights on the golf cart via face time! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Great place

This home is an amazing place to stay. We had a great time. Everything was very nice. The house is equipt with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. The golf cart made going to the beach nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids and grans enjoyed the upstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely community- safe, entertaining and relaxing. The house is clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The golf cart was very useful. It was the perfect place for our family.

Perfect July 4th Vacation

This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and just a quick golf cart ride to all the fun activities of Sandestin. The home had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We appreciated the quick responses from the owner. This was our 5th time vacationing Destin and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed in.

Great location, beautiful property, includes golfcart

3 adults and 3 teens. Loved the property and surrounding neighborhood. John Estrada was the property manager and was very helpful and attentive to any and all issues we had. We will definitely come back. This is definitely a future getaway location. Thanks John!

Wonderful Experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was just as described and the neighborhood was lovely as well. The neighborhood was also quiet and full of families just like us. We loved having the golf cart and the simplicity of going to the beach, nearby pool, shopping, dinner and even for a drive around the resort to look around. The host, John was so great to work with. He was very kind and communication with him was very simple. A great experience all around for us on our vacation. Highly recommend!

Cottage Living

Stayed at this delightful home for 8 weeks in January and February of this year. Enjoyed the warm temperatures of the Florida Panhandle in winter. Great location, many things to do in this golf cart community, loved the screened in porch. John the property manager was quick to help with any questions or concern that popped up. Great experience that I hope to repeat!

Fall Break

We loved everything about this property. We had 2 teens with us and they were able to have their own space upstairs at night. John was always accessible via text or phone and responded immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

July 4th weekend trip

I absolutely loved the house but specially our host John. Very welcoming and communicated with me the entirety of our trip. Any questions I had he was more than readily available to help me. We stayed during the 4th of July, and definitely gave us recommendations for the fireworks and places to go. I have visited Destin 8 years straight and by far the best host we have had. The house was very cozy and we appreciated the great southern hospitality from John.

Great place to stay

I am from the area and never had the opportunity to stay in such a nice community. The property met all of our needs. We enjoyed all of the features that this listing offered. The kitchen was well equiped. The pool was great for the kids and very close by. There's overflow parking nearby. The landscaping for this community and at the resort is world-class and very pretty. The golf cart experience is fun and if you want to go golfing or go to the beach or Baytown Wharf they are all nearby. The place feels pretty spacious with two families. It's real quiet in Laurel Grove and perfect for families.

Great house and hospitality!

We go on a trip every year with a college friend and her family, Destin is halfway for both of us and this house did not disappoint, the kids loved it they had several extra kid related toys for the beach and dishes for them. We felt at home and enjoyed the clean spacious home for the week

Lovely home!

Great place to stay

John and Angela were great! Owners were great! I had to evacuate because of a hurricane with my family, parents, in laws and my dog! They were more than accommodating and helped us every step of the way. Will deal with John and Angela for all my Florida vacations from now on.
