However, we apologize for any issues you encountered while staying with us and appreciate your feedback. We have alerted our housekeeping team of your concerns regarding the linens and pillows and will be replacing them prior to our next guests arrival. We have also notified our maintenance team of the issue with the television and requested they inspect the toilet to ensure it is working properly. We are happy to report the windshield and tires have been replaced on the 6-seater golf cart and apologize that it was not fixed in time for you to enjoy. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay! We are grateful for the opportunity to welcome you back to Laurel Grove and appreciate your detailed review. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with well-maintained vacation rentals and deeply regret that this was not demonstrated to you. We apologize for any problems you experienced with our golf cart and for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we are happy to report that the older cart has been replaced with a new model. Additionally, the garbage disposal has been repaired, the dryer vent has been cleaned, the kitchen items have been replaced and organized, the unit has been pressure washed, the home has been inspected and any issue of mold has been remedied. We would also like to apologize if you found the linens particularly worn. All linens are professionally laundered and following this review, the set was discarded and replaced with a new set. Regarding the squirrels –Laurel Grove is known for its beautiful pine trees and unfortunately, the squirrels seem to like them as much as we do. Although this issue has been addressed, we will continue to monitor the situation more closely going forward. Lastly, in an attempt to save our guests a bit of money and a trip to the store, we have given them access to any beach or pool item stored in the outside closet. Although most guests enjoy having access to these items, we apologize if they were not organized. We hope you will accept our sincerest apologies and we thank you again for your valuable feedback. However, we are so sorry for any maintenance issues you encountered while staying with us. We regret that we were not notified of any concerns as we would have been more than happy to address these issues while you were out enjoying the beach. Nevertheless, we are happy to report your concerns have been addressed! We also appreciate your thoughts regarding the parking situation. The property owner is currently working with the HOA to implement additional parking and we are happy to announce that, after much planning and preparation, golf cart paver parking will soon be added!
