Beautiful home, landscaping was beautiful as well. Loved sitting on the back deck listening the wind chime and relaxing. Great location as well, downtown only 5 minutes away.

Excellent

Family members from SC, TN, & MO in town for our mother’s funeral. Comfortable home for all of us to stay together during this difficult time. 1000% above and beyond what a hotel would have been, and would have had to travel back & forth from Indianapolis. These accommodations were a blessing for us.

Monon Bell Weekend

Wonderful

This was a darling home! It was very clean and was decorated for fall. We enjoyed time on the back deck and slept great in the comfy beds.

Football Game

We have stayed at this property for our sons home football games and the host are always responsive and incredible. I would stay here every time. I am in town.

Charming house with gorgeous backyard

We booked this house because we had a family wedding at 3 Fat Labs. This house was perfect for my family of 6 adults. It has such a gorgeous backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back porch.

Stay for wedding at 3 fat labs

Mitch & Dova were fantastic property managers and were very quick to respond with questions and recommendations. Very close to 3 fat labs wedding venue and not far from downtown/campus.

Beautiful location

A great place for a peaceful getaway. We loved the quiet neighborhood, close enough to Greencastle for in-town activities, and far enough away to feel secluded. A lovely house with everything you could want.

Comfortable stay

Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Host was very nice and helpful. Place looks exactly as pictured. Short drive to several covered bridges in the area.

Great Location-Very Clean Home

College visit in winter

We stayed 3 nights for visiting colleges in the area during early February. It was quite chilly outside but quite warm and cosy inside. The host gave us great check in information and other useful contacts. Information in the property description is absolutely matching, it’s nicely decorated and has plenty of useful equipment. It would be probably nicer to come during the summer when the outdoor terrace, the BBQ and the garden can be used. So we have a reason to come back. 😀

Great stay! Highly Recommend

This property was perfect for my wife and I, plus our 2 college age kids, to enjoy a relaxing week away from home with our oldest who moved to the area earlier in the year. Communication with the host was outstanding and there were no notable issues.

We feel in love with Greencastle years ago and find it to be the perfect bend of small town feel as well as close proximity to a number of great places and events. Just a sample: Fern Cliffs is a hidden gem just a short drive away, with DePauw's Nature Park less than a 5 minute drive. Add Indiana's premiere festival, Covered Bridge Festival every October a mere 25 minute drive- who could ask for more?

Our neighborhood borders on a privately held woodland reserve and deer sighting are common throughout the year. We are committed to offering our guests a clean and inviting home with an open floor plan and intimate spaces to relax and enjoy. We are located just 7 minuets from DePauw University, 3 minutes from 3 Fat Labs and 12 minutes from Owl Ridge wedding venue. For those coming to enjoy events at C Bar C Expo Center, we are a short 21 minuet drive, Lincoln Park Speedway 15 minutes, and for Indiana's premiere Bridge Festival, Mansfield is only 25 minuets away.
