For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan.

Outside:
- A shared (unheated) 180 m² swimming pool, open from 15 April to 15 October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is gated and fenced.
- A 25 m² terrace at the front of the flat
- A 15 m² terrace at the rear of the flat with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A private, unfenced 25 m² garden leading onto the rear terrace

The flat is ideally located in Azille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The residence is very quiet, relaxing and family-friendly.
