Relax and unwind at Ocean House II unit 2305. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has 2-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Located just one mile West of Highway 59, (turn right at the T) Surfside Shores I is close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. You can walk to Bahama Bobs and Pier 33 Grocery! Gulf Shores offers many things to do from shopping, dining, playing golf, a water park, and gorgeous white sandy beaches.

*Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries.

The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.

Property was exactly as the pictures showed. Great communication prior to check in and provided me a text number for anything needed during our stay. View was beautiful and the condo was clean. We loved it.

Great condo for adults

Our stay was nice and the condo sufficient although I would say it’s probably better suited to adults rather than families with teens / kids. The furnishings are nice with mirrored / glass tables and a more modern, sleek feel which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. We prefer a cozy beach feel and this condo definitely doesn’t fit that vibe.Pros:Great location (it’s on the second floor with a beach and pool view)CleanKing bed is great with an ocean viewCons:Sofa bed is horrendous No dressers for storageNo extra throws/blanketsOverall our stay was good but we did have a few issues. 1) We couldn’t get the tv to work (the correct remote was under the couch which we found when we pulled out the sofa bed). There ended up being three remotes total for the living room; one of which didn’t seem to work. 2) The washing machine was broken (which the management company told us about before we arrived) but then they also asked if we could be there when the delivery/ installer team arrived with the new one and if we could sign off for it. We let them know that we didn’t feel comfortable signing for something that wasn’t ours and they said they would have the site manager come and let the installers in. The site manager was late so after multiple phone calls and me standing with the delivery guy it finally got handled. All in all it was only about an hour and a half out of the middle of our day but we were on vacation.

Balcony on the beach

The condo was absolutely perfect! We spent every morning and evening on that balcony looking at the beach. Loved the easy access to the beach with the blue mats for pulling coolers easily. Only reason for the four star on cleaning was due to the loose hand rail in the bathroom & dirty dishes in dishwasher from previous renters. We would absolutely rent this condo again!

Excellent Choice!!!

This condo and whole experience was great! We enjoyed the condo, pool, property location, and all was very true to the ad. The view from balcony was amazing and the balcony had really nice chairs/table. All communications from Booking/check in staff were great!!!

Spring Break 25’

We stayed at Ocean House 2. While 2 other families stared separately at Ocean House 1. Absolutely loved the location. Sliders facing the water. Location is right by everything , drive orShort walk. Loved that we had a washer and dryer. Very spacious . Things I would change Is although it was tidy not detailed clean. Epically the master bathroom floors. Hallways coming into the condo made it looked sketchy. Even though inside is actually aReal nice place March madness going on, internet for tv never really worked well. Last thing I couldn’t find instructions for tornados. Weather said it coupd axxite.

Spring Break 2025

Loved our stay yet again in Gulf Shores for Spring Break. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the cleanliness of the kitchen appliances. We ended up having to wash dishes before using them and the fridge isn’t clean so it had a bit of a smell from what appears a spill. We do love the location and the prompt responses from the host!

Beautiful views

The place and room was great. The few negatives were. None of the lights worked on the patio. And the TV would not stay on. We had to reset it everytime we tried to watch something. One note. The weather was not great so that could have had an impact.

need a new cleaning service

The furniture and beds were great! You can tell that it has been recently updated, but not the painting. Whoever is the cleaning service for that place needs to be fired. The floors were so dirty your feet were black if you didn't wear your shoes. Mold in tub and around kitchen sink. fingerprints on cabinets. The back door does not lock, the washing machine does not work...it will wash but then has an error and starts beeping, tried it a few times...the washer stinks so bad we didn't even want to try to use it but we packed lightly because we knew we could wash clothes, but ended up not being able to wash any. The fan in master bathroom needs replaced, it screaches real bad if you turn it on. Appreciated the nice skillets, often there are peice of junk skillets so we have taken our own before. Ice maker in frig works great too. The bedrooms could use some dressers...there was no place to put our clothes except on the floor. The pool needs to be power washed or painted where everyone walks in, looks really dirty on the edge. The elevator was fast so that was a plus. We did have a fun stay, the walk to the beach is short and very convenient. Thank you!

Perfect Girls Trip

It is the most perfect place we have ever stayed. Wonderful communication, location, right on the beach, heated pool, security, beautiful beach view and access, parking is easy, felt safe, everything you need is close. We can’t wait to go back!

Gulf Shores Ocean House 2

Overall it was a good experience. We love having beachside view from our room. It’s a little further west so not too convenient to walk to eating places, if you’re older. The furniture in living room needs to be replaced. Not good. More bedding, such as blankets, would have been nice.

Needs updates

The furniture in the living room was old, dirty, and worn pretty disappointing, couch you sunk in. Main bedroom chair very very used. It had some beach theme, but seemed to be a lot of garage sale items. Needs some brighter paint, not tan. Also microwave did not work, so you had two. WHY, take the broke one out. Beach was good, lots of kids Kitchen had a lot of dishes, washer, dryer. It was not a disaster, but could have been a lot better.

Overpriced

The unit is conveniently located to beach, local shops and restaurants. However there are multiple issues that others have mentioned that still haven’t been addressed along with some additional issues. Previous issues: living room furniture is heavily worn and be prepared to fall in, even if you’re a small person. The patio door still doesn’t lock properly. The toilet in second bathroom still has issues with flush valve. New Issues: the built in microwave seen in photos doesn’t work along with the range light in it and its replacement takes up all the counter space. The fluorescent light in the kitchen is failing and doesn’t always turn on. The bathroom fans sound awful when turned on. The shower pressure is extremely weak in both bathrooms especially in the main bathroom. The unit could use some minor maintenance and a deep cleaning for the price they’re charging. I informed the rental agency of these issues after our departure to let them know they need to address some things and heard nothing back.

Great condo

Such a great little condo we booked. Plenty of space in the 2 bedroom. Perfect view of the beach and beautiful pool. We definitely will be back!
