Cozy 2br/1ba Condo - Town Center just steps from MacMillan Pier & Commercial St!

Escape to Bradford Burrow, a newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath condo in the heart of Provincetown! Located on Bradford Street, just one block from MacMillan Pier (where the Boston Fast Ferry drops off), The Lobster Pot, Governor Bradford's, and everything else downtown P-Town has to offer. You and your friends/family can have the best of both worlds being steps away from the Pilgrim Monument, City Hall, and Provincetown Brewing Co., while also being just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street that you'll be able to enjoy a relaxing and restful night's sleep.

Each of the two bedrooms are comfortably furnished with brand new linens, full size beds that comfortably sleep 2, a large dresser, and bedside tables/lamps. Both bedrooms feature beautifully restored wood beams, original to the house built circa 1860. One bedroom is themed after the art galleries in the East End of town, decorated with a number of historical photographs of Ptown. The other bedroom is inspired by the area's unique natural landscapes, from the sand dunes and ocean, to the lush plant life found in the height of summer. For those that need to do a bit of remote work while in P-Town, there is also a folding desk under the bed in the second bedroom. Bedroom windows, which are equipped with blinds and curtains, look out onto Bradford Street and include views of the Pilgrim Monument!

The newly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, and is furnished with a drip coffee machine, coffee grinder, small blender, and most basic cooking equipment. Some condiments/essentials may be available, while the gas station and CVS located just across the street should have most of what you need during your stay.

The cozy living room features a lovely reading chair, full size couch that comfortably sits 3, a large coffee table (perfect for game nights and snacks), a Beats Pill Speaker, and a Smart TV supplied with access to most major streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Peacock, Discovery+, Disney+, etc.). The unit has high speed WiFi throughout.

The bathroom includes fresh towels for all guests, a shower, basic essentials, and a first aid kit.

Brand new wood floors are featured throughout condo.

THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING BRADFORD BURROW:

1.) The condo is partially subterranean and is part of a home that was built in circa 1860. That being said, the ceilings are rather low. If you are over 6' 3" you may need to duck slightly when walking through door frames. The condo is very cozy and impeccably kept up, but if you're looking for grand 15' ceilings, Bradford Burrow is not the place for you! :)

2.) While the condo is located a one block walk from the Boston Fast Ferry drop off (MacMillan Pier), and a 10 minute taxi ride from the Provincetown Municipal Airport, there is no private parking associated with this condo. There is a municipal parking lot directly across the street from the condo, as well as very close parking on MacMillan Pier, both of which are free in the off season. If you are planning to drive, please be aware you will need to find parking elsewhere and will need to carry any personal items to the condo. We will be happy to share our tips and tricks with you!
