Loved the bathroom - beds comfortable - functional kitchen with new appliances. There were only 2 of us so we had more than enough space. A window covering should be added to the main window in the living room looking onto Commercial St. - location excellent!

Overall, it was a decent stay. I’d like to highlight the location was perfect and as described in the listing, the queen bed was very comfortable (did not use the other), the deck was nice. Direct afternoon sunlight and a beautiful view of the pilgrim monument. I do need to be completely honest about the cleanliness. There was a lot of dog hair, either from a previous guest or possible resident pet. The host was very responsive and sent over the cleaners right away, but still not possible to remove everything. Also, the white towels had stains and some were dirty. There were only two of us, so we made do, but I’d recommend to the host to double check before a guest checks in. Maybe update the dishes, like a complete set of glassware, etc. Unfortunately due to the state of the towels and the dog hair, I have to leave 3 stars.

Great place and owners thought of all the amenities and some you would never expect. Liked having the outdoor sitting area as well. One of the most comfortable sitting areas you will see. The only thing for my wife was the noise of garbage pickup and people on street late Saturday night. I did not have a problem sleeping however. The other nights were not a problem for her.

Ptown Bear Week

The unit was centrally located and great bay windows for watching the scene on Commercial Ave. The back deck is a great space and had a quintessential view of the Pilgrim Monument. The unit has lots of space and is nicely furnished.There was some noise at night from the street and clubs, but I didn't find it too loud or problematic (but I live in NYC and am accustomed to the humm of the street). I thought this was a very nice place for a good price and would recommend it to others.

The location was super convenient, and the space worked well for our needs. We comfortably worked remotely and hosted a couple of friends. The owner was responsive and kindly brought over a hair dryer which was missing — much appreciated.A few small touches would have made the stay more comfortable, especially for a longer visit — things like tissues, extra towels, basic cleaning supplies, and more cups. An umbrella to go with the beach chairs would also be nice.We had a minor issue with the grill tripping the power, so we skipped barbecuing. Also, some street noise lasted until about 1 a.m., though the AC helped block it out.Overall, a good stay with a few things to consider if you’re planning a longer trip.

Convenient but needs work

My husband and I stayed for a week at this condo/apartment with our cat. First, I would like to start off on a positive note the place was a nice size and provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent right in the middle of town accessible to everything.Negatives were that the place was not very clean, smelled like urine. The rug in the front bedroom literally had stains on it to which the property manager came and remove upon complaint. We actually went to the store to get cleaner to mop the floors and get air fresheners. Also sprayed the carpet with freeze.The apartment was not small animal friendly being there was a hole in the kitchen wall as well as accordion doors to closets that could easily be pushed open.With better cleaning and possibly no rugs this place would be a hit

1st Timers

This was my friend and I’s first time to Provincetown. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The space was perfect allowing each of us our own bedroom and a large updated bathroom. It’s no frills and very basic but that’s all you need. Amazing outdoor space with view of the monument and great sunsets. The location was right in the middle of everything making it so easy to pop in and out throughout the day and night. Would 100% stay here again.

An Awesome Gem

There were 3 of us staying in this lovely 3rd floor walk-up 2 bedroom one bath apartment/condo. The outside stairs are sturdy and strong as don’t get scared by it being a walk-up. Very spacious place. Both mattress are very comfy. The location is PRIME! You have a bar, bakery, pizza, & dumplings across the street! Bathroom was great. Spacious standup shower. The only thing I would tell the owners is after this season upgrade the shower towels (maybe alittle bigger and more dense). Also BEST view of the monument from the roof top deck that has a patio furniture & grill Big up for this place and would rent again.Thank you
