***NEW FOR 2024, MINISPLIT AC UNITS IN EACH BEDROOM AND IN THE KITCHEN*** Take advantage of the last minute availability at this lovely home featuring beautiful plantings within the sprawling fenced back yard. The main floor holds a bedroom with a queen bed, a family room, bath with laundry, and an adjoining dining and kitchen space. The chefs kitchen will be sure to delight the cook in your group! The deck is easily accessible from the dining room to enhance your already ample entertainment space. The primary bedroom can be found on the second floor. It offers a king bed, a desk work space, a sitting area, and a private balcony overlooking the stunning back yard. The additional upstairs bedroom with two twin bed and a queen pull out sofa is rounded out by the TV sitting space.

The dining, shopping, eclectic entertainment, and historic fishing pier of down town Provincetown are all just a few minute car ride away. Treat yourself to a dune tour through the stunning rolling sand or climb the Pilgrim Monument, a 252 foot all-granite structure built to get a breathtaking view of the very tip of Cape Cod. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. There is driveway parking for 3 cars. BOOK NOW!! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Comfortable home away from home

The house is immaculate and even better equipped than before.This year, we took advantage of the paddle board and beach fires. It was a blast!Read my two previous reviews for lots of details; nothing has changed. I really can't appreciate enough how the owners make this feel like home to their tenants. We love the kitchen and cooked all our meals there every day. The beaches in Truro were peaceful and not crowded, even in the middle of July.We'll keep coming back again and again!

Cape Vacation for 2

Overall the property and our vacation there was good. However, the house lacked some simple things such as dinner knives, a simple can opener. There were no wine, beer, or martini glasses. A few light bulbs had burned out and the light switches in the home seemed awkward - inconveniently located or not working. Overall lighting in the home is not very good. Most disturbing when we arrived was the home was not cleaned and the laundry room smelled very bad. The realtor responded and the home was cleaned promptly and very well, but this never should have happened.We love the location and knowing what we know now we would rent it again. I hope the owners will improve the conditions.

Usually, vacation homes feel like afterthoughts full of handmedowns or like you have to walk around on eggshells. Not here. The owner's clearly love it here and we're so grateful they made their full comforts of home available to us as tenants. After a day at the beach, trying to wrangle tired and hungry kids, to just be comfortable somewhere with everything you need is its own kind of relaxation. We used the chef's kitchen and hung out in the beautiful secluded back yard every day. The house was spotless, too. Compared to the madness of the rest of the Cape, Truro is a dream. The beaches are pristine and uncrowded, but you're close enough to the action in PTown or Wellfleet if you want to visit. We even found a hidden gem beach where we were the only people on it in the middle of the summer!Both the kids with us (8 and 3) have been asking if we're going again next summer and we're already making plans.

Comfortable house, felt like home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our long weekend in Truro! This is the best vacation house we've ever stayed in. It truly feels like home and the owners have taken great care of it.The property is so secluded, but within 5 minutes of 3 or 4 beaches on both the ocean and the bay and Highland Links Golf Course (the best golf on the Cape, IMO).The second we walked into the house it felt like home. It's so tastefully furnished and updated. We absolutely loved the chef's kitchen, which unlike most vacation homes is actually outfitted with enough cooking instruments to comfortably cook for yourself. The house is also totally full of books and we borrowed a few for beach reading while there. The beds are comfortable and the home was spotless when we arrived. Stayed plenty of places where your skin crawls a little in the outdoor (not to mention indoor) shower. Not here! We couldn't have been more comfortable.We were running late getting there and had a couple of SNAFUs checking in. Despite it being after 5, the management company responded immediately and sent someone out to fix the issue within half an hour. We watched the sunset on the beach and were all set by the time we got back. Great service!Truro is really beautiful and we loved being on the Outer Cape. Close to Wellfleet and PTown but really rural and quiet. We came the weekend after Labor Day and barely saw a soul on the beaches. It was 80 degrees each day and the water was warm! Perfect.You can really tell the owners spend time here and have put time, thought and resources into making it comfortable for tenants. We can't wait to go back.
