This cozy sandcastle offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk to restaurants, shops, and activities in the quaint town of Samara. Embrace the sounds of frogs, monkeys, and birds in the early morning hours. Take in the sights of iguanas, squirrels, and geckos playing in the yard from our new screened-in patio or poolside . A relaxing 7-minute stroll to the sandy beaches of our crescent-shaped shoreline. A quick bike ride or drive to several other amazing beaches in the area.

This is 1 unit of 2 on the property. Each unit is its own building with its own kitchen, bathroom, and bed. The pool, outdoor area, laundry room, and parking are shared spaces.

As advertised

This was a safe and clean place to stay. We walked everywhere, so easy to get around. The property has shared common space as advertised and only improvement we could suggest is to provide more comfortable chairs inside the unit to sit back and read books in the evening. Great place for single or couples.

Great place not too far from beach for remote work

Great place and exactly as pictured in the photos. The apartment is brand new, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. There is a small bakery (where you can also get coffee) and a convenience store right around the corner. Larger supermarkets are an easy 7min walk away, the beach 10min. I stayed in Samara for a month to work remotely, and the internet was great. I had no issues with video calls. Gustavo, the property manager, was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. All in all, great stay!
