Ideally situated in a beachfront complex, this ninth-level home features terrific views of the beach right from the spacious balcony! After a day on the white sands of the gulf, you'll love coming back to spread out in the living room to catch a good ballgame on the mounted flatscreen TV while munching on some snacks prepared in the full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare those family favorites. Take advantage of the passthrough to set the dining table with seating for six. After dinner, let the dishwasher knock out all the cleanup and take the elevator down to explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool, sauna, fitness room, and tennis court. The private washer and dryer will make sure everyone has clean laundry during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun new adventure or post your best selfies to your social media while the central AC keeps everything nice and cool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful view

The views were beautiful! Condo was just what we needed. You can conveniently walk to many things which was nice. Beach was right outside and we loved that!

Place is good but got limitations

The place is great. Easy 1 min walk to the beach. and great beach view from the place. Security didn't let us in on 2nd day without asking too many questions. I left my wallet in the apartment and came back in 30 minutes after check out, the property manager was helpful though it took long hold. But the cleaning lady at the place was rude to the core. She has no concern over some one losing their wallet and yelling at us on the phone with some one.

Great for the price, needs to fix some crucial things!

We loved our stay here, and are most likely coming back again in the future! Although, the room does need some crucial repairs/cleaning. Pros: • The AC worked perfectly! • Beachview from balcony and master bedroom was awesome! • The kitchen was great for prepping meals • The laundry and dish detergents, soaps, paper towel, towels, toilet paper, etc. Is very appreciated! • The amenities at the Shoreline Towers were also great! (Gym, pool, etc.) • Our room included beach seating • The home is very cozy! • Parking is included, but we opted for Lyft which is allowed to go into the property for pick up! • There were sone extra beach toys in laundry/dryer room • The number of beds was also great Cons: • The keypad did not work, we waited ~20 minutes and had to call vacasa customer service to remotely reset the code. Even afterwards, the door would frequently lock us out. • One of the bathrooms has black mold only visible from crouching down and looking up. • Bedsheets need to be washed thoroughly (one seems to have pink stains), carpets had stains on them. • Living room TV remote does not work properly which made the TV useless • Half bathroom has drainage issues • The issues were very minor/we did not care for: missing oven/stove knob, lamp right of master bed did not work

Not worth the price

This place needs a lot of updates, a better cleaning service ( one that actually cleans the place between guests) and better WiFi. If we had to actually check anything by using the internet you might as well forget it in this condo. The only good thing here was the location. We slept the first night without blankets for the beds. Calling customer service was a waste of time unless you called them constantly to get the things you needed. Once we finally got the blankets we just gave up on the other things we needed. I hope in the future they will at least fix the simple things like changing the burned out lightbulbs, broken closets, broken microwave handle that was duct taped on, broken knob on the stove, and rusted dryer. I’m just hoping this post helps them fix things for future customers.

Great stay!

We loved this room and will definitely be back. Yes, there is construction going on. No, it didn't bother us at all. Very little noise, workers were friendly and courteous. We had a clean room with plenty of room, views were great, access to beach was easy. If you aren't sure if you want to stay here, book it. You'll be happy you did.

Do not book it

The property is well located but is in construction . The elevator stop working many times during out stay, u can not take your umbrella or canopy they want u to paid expensive price for umbrella and chairs, The beach is very pretty but there are no access to the beach other than the want u stay. Destin is beautiful cristal clear water and white sand. But i have to say i like better Anna Maria island with open and private beaches and not many big buildings around the beach

A great location. A nice unit. Construction not ideal.

Right near the beach and a nice unit. Dishes were dirty and the master bed only partially made when we arrived. Major renovation was occurring to the outside of the building so the premises were like a construction site and both balconies that came with our unit were also like construction zones in appearance and inaccessible.

Beautiful view

I loved the location but our room was filthy dirty and the ice maker had black moldy gunk coming out. Dirty washcloth and towel left in shower, filthy counters, floors abd the mirrors looked like they used a dusting rag they were filthy and lint covered.
