Destin October Vacation

Excellent location and view. The property manager was very prompt in answering our questions. The weather was cold for 2 days of our stay but warmed up for the last 2 days.No issues with stay.

Great place on the beach

Nice clean high floor ocean view two bedroom unit with kings. Plenty of free parking and a nice resort. Called the owner one time, she answered before it started ringing. We'll stay here the next time we visit Destin.

Holiday Racket and Surf Club

The condo was as advertised. Clean with all the amenities needed for a 7 week stay. Beautiful beach view from 6th floor balcony. Conveniently located to shopping and lots of good restaurants. Definitely would recommend the condo to anyone wanting a great beach vacation.

Location great !

The condo was great and views were excellent ! But not so clean. The couch, which is also for 2 to sleep, was dirty, stained. Needs to go ! Our sinks & tubs were clogged with hair and wouldn't drain well.

Awesome Place

First time in Destin so we rented the property based on reviews and pictures. And it was more than expected. Very spacious property with all that you need to have an amazing vacation. The view from the balcony was spectacular. With luck you should be able to see dolphins from the commodity of the balcony. Definitively, I will book the property again.

Great condo, great location!

Fantastic condo! What a beautiful view from our balcony! Just steps from the beach and a short drive to all Destins many attractions. Highly recommend this condo. Joni was very responsive to my many questions. We had a wonderful time preparing our Thanksgiving dinner in the well equipped kitchen and then jet skiing! We especially enjoyed the two master suites as we are 2 retired couples. The condo was a perfect getaway during COVID, we felt safe! Thank you! We will rent again!

Beautiful and relaxing!

The view from the balcony, living room and main bedroom are stunning! Afternoon son and view of sunset every night. It was immaculately clean. It even smelled good when we walked in. Two King rooms was the draw to this property! Kitchen is fully equipped while appliances were very clean! Tile floors with area rug in the living room. AC and heat worked, we were there in december, early January so temperature was good. There are three standing oscillating fans that are very quiet and work really well, and extra linens pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa ( which we did not use).The only thing I wonder is in the heat of the summer, the room may get hotter with the afternoon sun and AC on goes down to 68.

A wonderful weekend getaway!

What a great location right on the beach! Condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

Nice View, Clean room. Great vacation.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. Love the location and the view. Check in was easy. Description of the property was accurate. We look definitely book this place again if it is available.

Beautiful Views

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! The condo is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes and gadgets you might need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our only issue was the sofa bed. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable & had some stains on the cushions. Other than that, everything else was great! The short walk to the beach was perfect! We rented chairs & an umbrella daily. Make sure you get there when they’re setting up so you can claim a front row spot. You can pay for the whole week at one time. The owner had two additional beach chairs on the balcony that we used as well. We spent all our swimming time at the beach so we didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean. The overall property was clean and inviting. There are laundry facilities on the same floor. You can use coins or card, $2.50 each load. The owner provided small amounts of items you’d expect to find in a hotel - little bottles of shampoo & conditioner, soap, lotion, a few laundry & dishwasher pods, dish soap, and sponge. I do recommend taking a couple of extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper and a box of tissues. As far as the area, we enjoyed Brotula’s! Ask your server about pricing and sharing, as there is a lot of food! We also did the Tiki Dolphin & Crab Island tour with Tailfins Island Adventure. We loved our time & will definitely be returning to this condo! Joni was great to work with!
