ROSE Holidays offers you this lovely holiday home with SPA in La Chaume, a picturesque neighbourhood highly sought after by holidaymakers.

Close to all amenities and the marina, you can walk everywhere!



House that can accommodate up to 6 people.



Located peacefully in a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is ideal for getting together with family or friends.

It has all the equipment necessary for a successful holiday!



It comprises:

A living room-dining room overlooking the garden and terrace, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a TV, Wi-Fi and a large communal table.

A fully equipped independent kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, toaster, citrus press, Senseo coffee makers. Direct access to the rear garden.

A bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit with storage, heated towel rail and hair dryer.

Separate WC.



Night side:

Bedroom 1: two single beds (90 cm), bedside table, wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm), bedside tables, wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: double bed (160 cm), bedside tables and shelves.

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if deep cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
