Cozy cottage with views of Lake Dunmore and mountains

Spectacular mountain and lake views surround this cottage facing Lake Dunmore and the Green Mountains. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 in its 2 bedrooms. Kids will love the loft where the second bedroom is located. Kitchen includes microwave and coffee maker. Enjoy early morning coffee from the screened in porch. The cottage is a short walk to our beachfront area . There is a general store and restaurant/pub within walking distance. Renters must supply their own linens and towels.

Nice long weekend!

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. She loved the swing set out front and beach about 1/2 a mile down the road. Great stop to unplug and relax. Cottage is cute, has the essentials you need.

Just what we needed

The cabin was everything we needed. Clean and fully equipped, perfectly located right near the dock area, which we spent a bunch of time at. Paul was very helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely try to stay again!

Lake Dunmore Cottage

Excellent location and views. Please note that not all mobile carriers get service in this area and we were without unless we went into town or to the Kampersville store. We asked our host about WI-FI but said he was unable to remember the password. Other than that, the trip was great and the cottage was comfortable once the weather cooled down. If you want a relaxing spot to unplug and enjoy the outdoors, this is the place for you.

Cute lake cottage

The cottage was cute & clean. The area is great! Wonderful state park & hiking are a 4 minute drive & the fish hatchery around the corner is a must for kids. Middlebury is 10 minutes but there was also a store within walking distance that had almost anything needed. There was no WIFI but our phones worked just fine (straighttalk & Verizon). The owner Paul is available to help with any questions. All the cottages share the swim area & large dock where you can sit & enjoy the view. The neighbors were nice & it was pretty quiet after 10. It was our second time here & we find it more convenient than camping.

Ménage insuffisant , lit , frigo toilette ,fenêtres saletés sous les coussins divan.

Présence désagréable de fourmis ++à tous les jours malgré les traitements du propriétaire .Chalet qui mériterait une remise en état. Nous avions pas le choix de rester,nos amis étaient au camping.Trop dispendieux pour l'état du chalet.
