Nice 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home near Lemon Bay. The unit has 1 king-size bed and a twin bed. The living room is nicely furnished with a sleeper-sofa, chairs, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. There is a second TV in the master bedroom. The dining table and 4 chairs are next to the living room. The kitchen is well-stocked and includes a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. There is free Wi-Fi internet and a full-size washer & dryer in the bathroom. There are 2 small outdoor seating areas to enjoy the 'great outdoors'.

Located within a short drive to Dearborn Street (1.0 mile), the hub of activity for the community, and to the public beaches, restaurants, and shops. Bring your boat! Just a short (1.5 mile) drive to Indian Mound boat ramp and quarter mile to Bay Heights boat ramp. And we have storage for your boat trailer at the property.

The homeowner will consider allowing up to 2 well-behaved dogs<25lbs for an additional fee.

The place was very cute and had everything we needed. I just think the kitchen should be updated. And you should put tile on the bathroom floor.

Not as advertised

This property was advertised as a 2 bedroom. That is why I rented it. What it is, is a 1 bedroom with a small alcove room off the living room with a twin bed. There is no door to close this room off from the living room and it does not have a closet or dresser to put clothes in, so I lived out of my suitcase for almost a month. You have to go through this “2nd bedroom” to get to the bathroom. The bath towels had bleach stains on them. The bathroom floor is painted concrete that is dirty and chipped. I asked the owner if he would work with me to adjust the rent due to this not being a 2 bedroom but he was not willing to work with me in any way. Won’t stay here again
