Luminous apartment in the city center of Poitiers

The apartment is luminous with a large living area and an open kitchen. There is a superb original parquet flooring. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a very practical bathroom. One of the bedroom is equiped with a desk and two screens. Everything need to work from home. There are a washing machine and a dryer in a room separated from the flat for which you will have the keys.

Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week.

For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.

Located in the heart of Poitiers city center, on the Plateau, the apartment is ideally placed and close to all amenities (convenience stores, stores, bakery, tobacconist, restaurants, etc.).
