Hausmann Follies Apartment

The large 140m2/1500ft2 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is located on the boulevard in the center of Kralendijk with pool and secured private parking. Just a few steps from Chachaha beach and many restaurants.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the tropical garden and swimming pool. It also has a large veranda with a view of the garden and partly the Caribbean Sea where you can sit and eat. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave. The whole apartment has a favorable wind position and is also air-conditioned. There is Hi-speed Internet and a 55" smart TV with a JBL Sound system. The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool, has its a private parking space and is completely safely surrounded by an iron-forged fence and an electric gate. luxurious full holiday or (executive) business stay. Please note: this apartment has no hidden costs, only 1 price and includes 2 x weekly cleaning and 2 x weekly towels and linnen once a week. In addition, including final cleaning and Management by owner himself for fast respose.

Het grote 2 slaapkamer / 2 badkamer appartement, met zwembad en beveiligde parkeerplaats, is gelegen aan de boulevard in het centrum van Kralendijk. Slechts een paar stappen Chachaha beach en vele restaurants. Het appartement is gesitueerd op de begane grond met directe toegang tot de tropische tuin en het zwembad. Tevens beschikt het over grote veranda met zicht op de tuin en deels de Caribische zee waar kunt zitten en eten. De grote keuken is volldig uit gerust met vaatmachine, blender, oven, magnetron. Het hele appartement staat gunstig op de wind en is tevens ook voorzien van airconditioning. Er is Hi-speed Internet aanwezig en een 55" smart TV met een JBL Sound systeem. Het appartementcomplex heeft een eigen parkeerplaats en is geheel veilig omringt met een ijzer gesmeden hekwerk en een electrische poort. Kortom voor een volledige appartement met voldoende ruimte voor vakantie of (executive) zakelijk verblijf. Let op!! dit appartement kent geen verborgen kosten slechts 1 prijs inclusief 2 x per week schoonmaak en 2x per week handdoeken en een keer per week linnen. Bovendien de eind schoonmaak. (duty) Management door eigenaar zelf voor snelle afhandeling.

Great Place

We came for a dive trip. They were super responsive. It’s close to the City Center. Short walk to the water for a good dive. 10 minutes from all the south dives like Salt Pier. Pool was great and had a good hose to wash gear. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool was down for repairs but the manager messaged me and let me know and offered to cancel free of charge. We don’t really use the pool so we were okay with it. Would definitely stay again !!

Great apartment and awesome owner!

The place was great - walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Franky - the owner - was very responsive and just a nice man. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay here again every time we head to Bonaire. Beds were comfy, AC worked great. Was a great home base for diving. My family had an awesome time. Great stay on Bonaire

We just completed a 2-week stay in Bonaire, both weeks at this property. The unit is spacious and contained everything we needed. It is very clean and included twice-weekly cleanings at no additional cost. Franky is a wonderful host who checked in with us several times to make sure everything was working properly. The unit is in a good location, very close to downtown shops and numerous restaurants. We were pleased with our stay and would use this property again should we return to Bonaire.

Very nice apartment at Great location in Kralendijk

We had to book a last minute apartment due to an issue with another place. Franky responded right away and we were able to change locations without any hinder. He is one of the best hosts we have encountered. The apartment has very good size bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped, internet works fine. Location is close to Kralendijk and ChaChaCha Beach, which is nice for both activities or just relaxing by the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it for your stay in Bonaire.

Great apartment and service

Franky is a great host, and the apartment at an excellent quality/price value, in our favorite neighborhood for our Bonaire Vacations. Two separate (minor) issues out of Franky's control came up and he came and resolved them in incredibly short time. He is very pleasant and accommodating. Frankie waited for our arrival even though our landing was delayed and personally went through all we needed to know. Also, he personally came to see us before departure and to talk about our stay. We would certainly stay here again.

Very clean, excellent location, good communication

The unit was spotless. The beds were large and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the main street with restaurants and shops. The host was quick to respond via WhatsApp. He was even able to unlock the door remotely when I locked myself out. There was a dishwasher but no detergent, and we would have appreciated a small stock of basic spices--salt and pepper. For future guests, not the owner's fault, but cellphone data was not available, so navigating to the property the first time was a little challenging since we didn't know the island and hadn't looked carefully at the map that Franky sent beforehand. This is a very nice apartment. We will stay here again when we come back.

Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend und Frankie ist der beste host, den wir je hatten.

Das Appartement ist groß geräumig und ansprechend. Die Küche mit sehr viel Platz ausgestattet und gut bestückt. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich, umgeben von einem tropischen Garten mit sehr viel privacy. Frankie ist sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Ein Wunsch und schon war er zur Stelle. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen Herzlichen Dank Frankie🙏🙏🙏

Perfect location!

Frankie was a perfect host with great communication throughout the stay . Our flight even got delayed and he made arrangements to let us stay two hours past check out time (which is huge!). The apartment is literally across the street from the ocean. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Will definitely stay next time I come to Bonaire (which is the best island in the Caribbean)

Great location

We arrived in Bonaire without having received any communication beforehand from the owner regarding checkin. We went to a nearby restaurant after going to the property and not being able to get through the access gate (very secure) and we soon received a text from Franky about what time and where to meet. The unit was very clean and on the first floor of the building was as pictured. The kitchen had the basics, but no larger baking dishes or larger cooking pots. I wasn't able to make meals such as lasagne, spaghetti, soups, etc, that were large enough to have leftovers. There were lots of great restaurants that were within walking distance as well as the shops and markets. We were forced to used the air conditioning most of the time we were in the condo because the window screens, if present, either did not fit the window properly, or had gaps where mosquitos could get in. The sliding door leading to the veranda was the worst, so we seldom used that area. Unfortunately, we were there at a time when the mosquitos were voracious. Franky was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and seemed like he had plans in place to address the issues we had. Unfortunately, he had a family emergency while we were there, but his assistant, Rick, was very helpful and answered any questions while Franky was gone. Chia, the housekeeper, made sure the apartment was spotless and came two times a week. If you are a diver, there is a Dive Friends shop very close to the unit with rinse tanks and anything else you might need. Franky provided a tub for us to use to carry our gear back and forth, which was very helpful. The complex was very secure and we felt very safe there.

Everything was easy , in person key hand off . It was on first floor so could wash Scuba gear by pool then walk around to store on back deck .

Flat Playa of Hausmann Follies?

Heerlijk 3 weken in Flat Playa gehad. We komen al bijna 10 jaar in Kralendijk maar hebben nog nooit in dit complex mogen verblijven. In één woord geweldig. Franky Gosal is een fantastische gastheer. Appartement is heel compleet met volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine en smart TV. Hoop volgend jaar weer te kunnen boeken.

We work hard for 5* this is the first time in 3 years we have one star less. We try to adapt to all guest wishes. in this case guest didn't want all services for discount. We don't feel comfortable with this. For us lessons lean, from now on we only serve with all service for one price.

I reassembly have this property is because I love to enjoy the beach and the life on the boulevard. Almost everting is on walking distantance. The beach, postoffice, supermarket, restaurants, bars , clubs. I take my friends out to this place when they come to the island and enjoy everything Bonaire has to offer. When I have no body over I offer it to you to enjoy it like I do.

This appartment is easy to access its closed too the pool, parkinglots and gates. access to the beautiful tropical garden. Rooms are big. Bathroom are Big. The property is secure with a 2 meter or higher strong fence around it. The veranda is huge big enough tor receive lots of friends. the kitchen is big with all equipment like oven, microwave, dishwasher. All rooms are fully airconditioned incase you don't like the tropical wind going true the appartment. The bed linnen are so fine for a good rest at night.
