The home is BRAND NEW, construction finished August 2021 with completely new kitchen, appliances, bathroom, and furnishings. The open floor plan is perfect for live/work from home. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout the property. This is a very special property for the sophisticated individual who would like to experience living in the heart of Venice.
The house is complete with chefs kitchen- top of the line appliances including Kitchen Aid stove, Miele dishwasher, and LG refrigerator. Kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Cozy furnishing throughout. In-door/outdoor vibe with outdoor dinning area and fire-pit overlooking the canals. Private and detached office space separate from the main house.

Great Stay on the Venice Canals

We were totally pleased with our stay at this property. It is compact but well laid out. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The house is in a serene part of the canals with no nightlife noise or disruption but is in easy walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants.

LA Central

Our vacation in LA was amazing thanks to this clean, quiet and peaceful property along the Venice canals. It accommodated our family of six adults comfortably and its central location is unbeatable: minutes walk from Venice Beach, short drives to Santa Monica beaches and Malibu, and proximity to LA attractions. A special thanks to our host Nicholus Bardi who ensured everything ran smoothly. I appreciated Nic’s responsiveness to our questions leading up to our trip and his quick actions sorting out any issues we had on site (all minor). We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

The best of Venice

Very comfortable. Great location. Fun sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. Quiet, yet lively with walkers and canoes. Three bedrooms but just one bath.

Great house - great location

Fantastic location right on the canals - we sat on the front porch each night, lit the fire pit, and the view was gorgeous. Kitchen had all modern amenities, and the house was bigger than it appeared in photos (there were were 3 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone). The property management company was a pleasure to work with - very responsive, and Nic replied to my texts within minutes.

Amazing location and beautiful property with everything one would need for a quick trip or an extended stay. Nick was my host and helped me with my accommodations and I would definitely come back!
