Bourg-Saint-Maurice is a pleasant mountain village. With its rich historical and pastoral past, you will be enchanted by its privileged geographical location, in the heart of a wide open valley, at the crossroads of the great alpine roads and alpine mountain ranges: Beaufortaine - Mont-Blanc - Vanoise. Major sporting events take place regularly (canoe-kayak, cycling, paragliding, hiking, skiing...). But you can rest at ease in this countryside, stroll in the villages, and to regain strength, discover Savoyard specialities: Savoyard fondue, traditional raclette, mountain gamelle, vegetarian tartiflette and tartiflette, local cheeses and other products (honey, jams...).
