- Bathroom with bath and WC
Bedroom annex
- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 children's bed in the attic.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.

Exterior:
- A private, heated swimming pool( 8mx4m), open only from May 1 to September 30, with security alarm.
- A lovely 460 m² enclosed garden running around the house, with summer kitchen area and garden furniture.
- An 80 m² terrace, part of which is covered, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in La Teste-de-Buch, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

- On the lake: Sailing school, boat hire, wakeboarding, canoeing, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming...
- Lac de Cazaux is the 2nd largest freshwater lake in France and is ideal for families with children, thanks to its sandy beaches and shallow waters that give it a lagoon-like feel.
- Around the lake: forest walks and bike rides.
- La dune du pilat, l'îles aux oiseaux, le banc d'arguin.
- Arcachon
- Ocean: surfing (30 min. drive)
- Biscarosse Aquapark (40 min. drive)

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: La Teste TER station, 17 minutes away.
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 1 hour away by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
